Authorized personnel will use the gate to enter the backyard and carry out their tasks, so don't be alarmed to see people at work during your stay. There is an additional full bathroom located upstairs that features double vanities, and a shower/tub combo for the 3 guest bedrooms to share. The double queen bedroom comfortably sleeps 4, while the queen daybed with a twin trundle accommodates 3 and is a great space to relax while catching up on your favorite show or enjoying a movie. Adjacent to the laundry room on the ground floor, there is a full bath with a shower. The pool is not heated. The garage can accommodate two vehicles and includes an electric car charger. Additional parking is available with space for two vehicles in the driveway, and if needed, one vehicle may park on the street, with a total of five parking spots available. Parking on the grass is strictly prohibited.
