Welcome to our charming and cozy mid century home,6 bedrooms with 5 private baths, nestled in just about 2 miles from Indian Rocks Beach (12 mins drive) 7 miles to Clearwater beach ( 17 min s drive) our home away from home, close to restaurants, airports, attractions, supermarkets , and Phinellas park and bike trail.
Close to shopping and finest restaurants and nightlife in town. We have sought to equipped our home with about anything you anticipate you would need and be comfortable , owner lives close by so just reach out or shoot us a message if you need anything.
Enjoy and splash at our luxurious solar heated pool(heat pump available for cold nights with a fee ), soak up on hot tub (available upon request with a $250 charge for entire stay that will be assessed after booking and confirmation upon request) We are pet friendly home with breed restrictions ($100 per pet fee)
This amazing home has all you need for an enjoyable family vacation.

Great house for a large group. Very clean with enough towels for all. The hot tub was a hit as we had some chilly days. Grilling out side was wonderful. Good size family area to gather around the tv or around the table to play games.

The host was very welcoming. We had plenty of beds, towels, shampoo, soap, and a Christmas card! Lovely Christmas decorations including a tree which really set a perfect atmosphere. We all enjoyed the pool and games. Perfect for the cousins. Super close to multiple amazing beaches with cheap or free parking. Made a day trip to Busch Gardens for the older kids which was awesome. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was beautiful! It was perfect for our group of ninja warriors who were here in the Tampa area for a competition. It was great to be able to spread out and have the kids and adults be able to hang out separately throughout the house. The house was so clean and beautifully decorated. The host was very quick to reply to all of my questions.

Wonderful home for our family vacation !! We had 11 total!! Everyone enjoyed the home, heated pool and back patio, air hockey, etc! . Short drive for groceries, restaurants and to the beaches. Very nice and safe neighborhood !!

Graduation trip for grand daughter

House was beautiful, neighborhood was quiet. Close to grocey stores, beaches, basically anywhere you wanted to go in the Clearwater, Largo area. House was clean on arrival. I liked that we did not need a key to enter the home. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Over all a great place for a large family to stay!

Wedding

The house was beautiful and a perfect place to spend the days leading up to our wedding and following our wedding with our friends and family. Plenty of room for everyone and the pool and hot tub were great to have. Would recommend this stay to anyone.

Overnight stay

We stayed only for a night but were pleased by the cleanliness and condition of the house. It’s spacious and has everything you might need during your stay. All the beds were great to accommodate all our guests comfortably. Backyard, pool, jacuzzi and BBQ were a super plus. Really enjoyed our stay, would book again!

Family Vacation in Florida 2025

Joseph and Sonia were really helpful from start to finish! They answered multiple questions we had even prior to arriving in Largo for our stay. While we were there, they were quick to answer any questions we had about the house, and even fix any small issues we had! We would definitely stay here again. The house was great for our large group. We were 12 people and our ages ranged from 10 to 70. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature. The house had all the supplies we needed to cook while we were visiting, plenty of storage for our items, and all the things we needed for a perfect beach day! It was also helpful to have an extra refrigerator in the garage for overflow of food and drinks! The house is located in a quiet little neighborhood with plenty of amenities nearby. We were a quick drive to the beach, restaurants and stores.

Nice location, nice home & boat ride is a must

Perfect home for entertaining my family including 7 grandchildren. The optional boat ride is amazing. Joseph & Sonia are great hosts. Make sure you are sent code for access 24 hours prior to check in. Watch the fridge in garage for proper cooling, lost some food. Would definitely return.

Amazing place, lots of fun stuff on the property

We planned a surprise Birthday weekend for my wife. Our family flew into Tampa and met at this house for her birthday celebration. The place was over the top. Lots of rooms, lots of games, heated pool, and convenient location to bars, restaurants, and beaches. I would recommend this place for people of all ages.

Great layout and nice neighborhood

Only “flaw” was screen around pool/yard was ripped open in places but we didn’t use pool as it was cold weather. Otherwise it was great and would for sure book again.

Great house

Very Clean. New TV, new kitchen. Lots of new remodeling. Host very attentive. Responded to every text within 5 minutes. Lots of games and things to do ,ping pong , foosball, air hockey.

Family friendly

Our family had a wonderful stay and great memories were made. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and space for everyone. The mix of upstairs and downstairs bedrooms worked out great since we had some toddler's with us. The pool was a huge hit. The backyard was nice. The open floor plan made it easy for everyone to talk even while preparing meals. Highly recommend.

Family celebration

Our stay was very enjoyable, the house was a perfect size for our family, it’s location is absolutely the best when it comes to the beaches for sunrise and sunsets. Our host was amazing making sure we were in good spirits and taken care of, did that very successfully. Enjoyed our stay and know that who comes behind us will enjoy theirs also
