Use the front or back yard or enjoy any space in the apartment. This home has an electronic lock on the side door.

This charming 2 bedroom apartment is located on a tree lined street in a very walkable neighborhood. You can park in the driveway in the back or on the street in front of the white garage. Once you ascend stairs, you'll enter the apartment from the side of the home through the kitchen.

The apartment has been completely remodeled with all new paint, appliances, roof, and refinished floors. It is also pet friendly and has a small fenced in backyard. You'll enjoy the fast wifi, king bed, brand new furniture with an eclectic vibe, and new memory foam mattresses.

As you enter the apartment, you'll find yourself in the fully stocked kitchen complete with everything you'll need to cook a full meal. From there, you can walk into the dining room, which has a large table for 6. Beyond the dining room is the comfortable living room with a smart TV. There is also a sunroom with comfortable patio seating and a laundry area.

Down the hallway in the back are the two large king bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own smart TV. The bathroom has been newly renovated and has a bath/shower combo.

Overall, this apartment is a great place to stay. It is spacious, comfortable, and has all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.

Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. If available, the fee is $20.00 per hour (minimum of one hour). Please reach out as soon as possible if you’d like to request an extension.

Security & Monitoring
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable).

Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors.

AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

Moving to AL

The home was very well renovated, clean, and comfortable. We stayed for a little over a week and were very glad to be in a house rather than a hotel. The owner/host was very accommodating and friendly.

This two bedroom Vrbo rental looks cute and clean in the pictures, BUT when we showed up to the place it was just about the filthiest house I’ve ever stayed in. Sheets were clean but comforter had stains on it, and bathroom had a light clean at best. There were stains from previous pets in the carpets, black mold on the shower walls, everything was sticky, floors were filthy. Kitchen was also not well stocked. When we asked them if they could possibly come and clean the carpets and shower they wanted to charge us 100 cleaning fee. Furniture was also just cheap quality and very uncomfortable. Also back yard is not directly attached to the house so you have to go outside to enter the back yard, the yard is also tiny. Pictures for listing are also not completely accurate for what it looks like. All this to say I would not recommend staying here.

Thank you for your feedback. We were surprised to read these comments, as they do not reflect the experience reported during your stay. The morning after your arrival, we proactively checked in to ensure everything was meeting your expectations, and you responded that your stay had been good so far with "no issues." No concerns regarding cleanliness, mold, furniture, the yard, or the condition of the property were reported to us during the reservation, which unfortunately prevented us from addressing any concerns at the time. The request to have carpets and other items cleaned was not raised until weeks later. Additional cleanings during an occupied stay are considered mid-stay cleaning services and are not included in the reservation. We take cleanliness very seriously and have not received similar feedback from other guests staying at this property. We also strive to represent the home accurately through our listing photos and description. We appreciate your stay and wish you all the best in your future travels.
