This 2BR/2BA condominium is perfect for escaping the cold winter or basking in the summer sun! New to the rental market so lots of great availability still. Stunning views from the balcony for sunsets, manatee and dolphin watching, morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Right on the beach with plenty of beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Walking distance to many excellent restaurants and friendly neighborhood taverns. There is a park across the street with a dock for fishing, paddle board launching, and wildlife watching. The Pinellas beaches are world-renowned for their soft white sand and calm seas. Close to many excellent golf courses, major league and several minor league baseball teams, major league hockey, great shopping, theme parks, and public parks; there is an abundance of activity to choose from. Take the trolley to Clearwater Beach or John's Pass. Or, just relax on the beach or by the pool and enjoy the sound of the ocean.

The host , lori, met us when arrived ,showed us the condo and we were impressed with the unit, In the twenty years we have stayed in various condos in towers this is by far the best furnished , top to bottom , of them all.Our every need was graciously met and we have every intention of returning next year . (hopefully to warmer weather).

Paradise after Hurricane Helene

We stayed at Lori's place this past January. We had a wonderful stay despite the cold, wind and rainy conditions. A beautiful area to stay even after Helene's devastation. Lori left us with a Welcome basket to enjoybasket with snacks

Month Stay

Everything about our stay was perfect. Lori & David were the best we have dealt with via VRBO ~ which we've been using for many years. The owners were always available & attentive should we have any needs (which we did not). They met us at the condo to assure we knew everything necessary for our stay. The unit was beautiful in every way. The views were outstanding in both directions ~ you had water & beach views with amazing sunsets on the large lanai. The area was quiet, secure & safe. You could walk to many places to eat great food & grocery shopping was just a short drive away. We highly recommend this place.
