Fully furnished with sub-zero and Miele appliances, granite counters, built in entertainment center. The bathroom has his and hers sinks, separate shower from the jacuzzi tub. Unit comfortably sleeps 4.

Amazing property! Owner was an awesome host with prompt responses to our questions and very flexible with check-in/out. Nice amenities and service. Easy access to strip and other popular destinations. Will definitely rent again if available.

Enjoyed staying here, wish it had a balcony but that was not promised. Lots of cooking utensils even spices available.

The property was very nice, and the staff greeted you with smiles. Everything was close by and easy to get to. Our host responded quickly and made sure we had what we needed The room was perfect for a relaxing weekend.

The room itself was great for the value. We only stayed 1 night. We liked the connecting hallways straight to the MGM Grand, which was only a five minute walk. We especially liked the complimentary valet and the ease of checking in and out. I would have given this property 5 stars, but there were a couple things that caught our eye. The headboard needs some kind of aesthetic repair. It’s not a good look. The room could’ve used another trash can in the bathroom. The additional sheets for the sofa couch were crumpled up in the closet. We questioned if they were clean. There was also no guest book for information on checking out. Wasn’t sure if we should strip the sheets or stuff them back in the closet. We elected to leave it out for housekeeping to wash. Lastly, between 5:00am-8:30am, we heard a high pitched whistling noise. Not exactly sure where it was coming from, but it was quite annoying. We think it may have been air circulating through a tight space. Other than those things, I would stay here again.
