Unlike most Las Vegas hotel rooms, our suite includes a private balcony where you can enjoy fresh air anytime. Las Vegas has an extremely dry desert climate, and many visitors find traditional hotel rooms uncomfortable because the windows cannot be opened. We also provide a humidifier for guests who are sensitive to the dry air.

Nice view of the Sphere and surrounding areas including the small airport nearby (no noise). This is a 1BD/2BA with a pullout bed and not a 2 bedroom as described but it worked well and the pullout bed was very comfortable.

Absolutely perfect for a Vegas get away, very close to everything, full access to all MGM facilities, complimentary valet parking, room was much bigger than MGM hotel rooms and luxurious. Full kitchen, amazing bath, wonderful huge bed, and the view of the Sphere made our Eagles trip. I would 100% rent this place again

We really enjoyed our stay at this Signature Tower property. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It has great views of the airport and even the sphere. I would highly recommend this condo and the owner.

Love location and hotel

We always stay at Signature Suites in Las Vegas. I love the location and access to MGM pools. I highly recommend it. This unit was on the corner and had the best views of anywhere I have stayed in Vegas and I have been over a dozen times. The Sphere view alone was worth it. The property company was really great to communicate with. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars: it really needs a new mattress (worn out, thin, and lumpy), it could be stocked better (not a full roll of paper towels, not enough coffee pods for 3 mornings-only 2 for 2 ppl, or no coffee filters as I brought my own coffee). When I contacted property managers they did respond promptly but only 2 more coffees were brought. We went to the store and just bought filters. Little things matter in a high quality facility. But mostly not 5 stars it is due to the mattress.

Located on the Las Vegas Strip, MGM Signature gives guests easy access to world-class dining, entertainment, shopping, conventions, and nightlife while providing a quieter and more relaxing environment than most casino hotels.

Guests can walk indoors directly to MGM Grand and access the Monorail, making it easy to explore the Strip without driving. The location is also convenient for concerts, sporting events, and major conventions.

One of my favorite things about this area is that you can enjoy all the energy of Las Vegas and still return to a peaceful suite at the end of the day.
