875 sq ft corner one-bedroom unit with a hot tub, TV, and private balcony.
Access to The Signature's and MGM Grand's Pools, Gyms, and golf course. 5-min walk to the Strip. 7 mins from airport. FREE valet parking. Connected to the MGM Grand, you'll have access to all amenities including gyms, pools, Lazy River, and MGM Grand Spa.

THE SPACE:
This 1 bedroom apartment includes:
• 2 beds (one king size bed, one queen size pullout sofa bed)
• 2 full bathrooms
• luxury hot tub
• full kitchen
• private balcony with views of the Sphere!

GUEST ACCESS:
Free access to all amenities at The Signature at MGM and MGM Grand: pools, fitness centers, restaurants, bars, cafe!

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
• No pets allowed!
• A $100/night refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of check-in per day (up to $400). Guests must be 21+ to check in.
• Daily housekeeping is not included. For extra room cleaning services during your stay, a fee of $75 will be applied. Complimentary additional toilet paper and towels are available upon request.
• This is an entirely smoke-free establishment. If we discover signs of smoking, we will charge a minimum cleaning fee of $300.
• We do not allow parties or gatherings of more than 8 people. Excess mess will result in an additional cleaning fees.

Room was very clean & spacious, the kitchen had everything you need. Communication with the host was easy and they were very quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice to have a place for the family that isnt a hotel room, but has all the hotel amenities. Great pool and great location.

Love location and hotel

We always stay at Signature Suites in Las Vegas. I love the location and access to MGM pools. I highly recommend it. This unit was on the corner and had the best views of anywhere I have stayed in Vegas and I have been over a dozen times. The Sphere view alone was worth it. The property company was really great to communicate with. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars: it really needs a new mattress (worn out, thin, and lumpy), it could be stocked better (not a full roll of paper towels, not enough coffee pods for 3 mornings-only 2 for 2 ppl, or no coffee filters as I brought my own coffee). When I contacted property managers they did respond promptly but only 2 more coffees were brought. We went to the store and just bought filters. Little things matter in a high quality facility. But mostly not 5 stars it is due to the mattress.

Excellent property and host.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Signature Tower property. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It has great views of the airport and even the sphere. I would highly recommend this condo and the owner.

Great getaway for two

Wonderful property and shall use it again! I liked the view of the Sphere and the rest of the area. Great sunrise in the morning.
