20th-Floor Corner Suite — Sphere Views + F1 Circuit Views

Wake up to the Sphere glowing outside your window. This 20th-floor CORNER suite at The Signature at MGM Grand wraps you in Strip views — the Sphere from your bed and balcony, and a view over the Las Vegas Grand Prix (F1) circuit. Corner windows mean more light, more view, and more privacy than a standard unit.

The space
• King bed in the bedroom (brand-new mattress, 2026) — Sphere view without getting up
• Queen sofa bed in the living room — sleeps 4 total
• 2 full bathrooms: jetted soaking tub + separate walk-in shower in one, shower in the other — no morning line
• Full kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker) and dining for 6
• Private balcony, 874 sq ft of space, dedicated work desk

Why guests book here
• NO resort fee — the price you see is the price you pay
• Free valet parking
• Private, quiet tower with indoor access to MGM Grand: pools & lazy river, casino, shows, and restaurants — all without stepping outside

We arrived late at night and check in at the desk was seamless. Tower 2 is a great location, with the restaurant downstairs and a nice pool area. Uber picks up at Tower 2 if you message the drivers. It's an easy walk to the MGM Grand and pool complex. We loved the view of the Sphere, it was relaxing at night to just sit and watch it! The kitchen was convenient. The king bed was very comfortable and the sofa bed was a good one. Everything was as pictured (although I didn't realize there were two showers in addition to the huge bathtub. We plan to come back.

Nice view of the Sphere and surrounding areas including the small airport nearby (no noise). This is a 1BD/2BA with a pullout bed and not a 2 bedroom as described but it worked well and the pullout bed was very comfortable.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the hot water issue. However, we would like to clarify that we never refused to address the problem. The hot water system is maintained and repaired by MGM, and the issue was reported to MGM for service. As an individual unit owner, we do not have control over the building’s central systems or MGM’s repair schedule. We always make every effort to assist our guests and address any issues as quickly as possible.

Love location and hotel

We always stay at Signature Suites in Las Vegas. I love the location and access to MGM pools. I highly recommend it. This unit was on the corner and had the best views of anywhere I have stayed in Vegas and I have been over a dozen times. The Sphere view alone was worth it. The property company was really great to communicate with. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars: it really needs a new mattress (worn out, thin, and lumpy), it could be stocked better (not a full roll of paper towels, not enough coffee pods for 3 mornings-only 2 for 2 ppl, or no coffee filters as I brought my own coffee). When I contacted property managers they did respond promptly but only 2 more coffees were brought. We went to the store and just bought filters. Little things matter in a high quality facility. But mostly not 5 stars it is due to the mattress.

We like the ease of getting to the monorail and this would be an incredible place when the F1 comes to town! Great communication with the host but be sure to download the app before you go so it’s easy to contact them!

Hi, I’m Jennifer. I live in California and enjoy traveling, meeting people from different places, and creating great guest experiences.

I’ve been hosting guests in Las Vegas for many years and truly enjoy helping visitors make the most of their trip. I take pride in keeping my suite clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with the little extras that make a stay more enjoyable.

Whether you’re visiting for vacation, a convention, a concert, or an extended stay, I hope you’ll feel right at home. I’m always available if you need recommendations or assistance during your stay.

I look forward to hosting you!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of excitement and comfort.

Located on the Las Vegas Strip, MGM Signature gives guests easy access to world-class dining, entertainment, shopping, conventions, and nightlife while providing a quieter and more relaxing environment than most casino hotels.

Guests can walk indoors directly to MGM Grand and access the Monorail, making it easy to explore the Strip without driving. The location is also convenient for concerts, sporting events, and major conventions.

One of my favorite things about this area is that you can enjoy all the energy of Las Vegas and still return to a peaceful suite at the end of the day.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Why Guests Love Our 1-Bedroom Suite

Perfect for guests staying a week or longer!

✔ Private Balcony – Most Las Vegas hotel rooms have sealed windows and can feel stuffy due to the dry desert climate. Our private balcony allows you to enjoy fresh air anytime.

✔ Humidifier Provided – Las Vegas is extremely dry, and some visitors experience dry skin, dry noses, or even nosebleeds. We provide a humidifier for added comfort.

✔ No Resort Fees – Save hundreds of dollars compared to many Strip hotels.

✔ Free Valet Parking – Convenient and complimentary throughout your stay.

✔ Full Kitchen – Cook meals, store groceries, and enjoy the comforts of home.

✔ Separate Living Room – Much more spacious and comfortable than a standard hotel room.

✔ Direct Indoor Access to MGM Grand – Walk directly to MGM Grand’s restaurants, casino, shows, and Monorail station without going outside.

Whether you’re visiting for a vacation, convention, concert, or extended stay, our suite offers the perfect combination of resort convenience and home-like comfort
