Nestled among towering pines, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom mountain retreat offers the perfect blend of tranquility and adventure. Just 10 minutes from downtown Breckenridge, this home is an ideal basecamp for exploring the mountains, whether you're hitting the slopes, hiking scenic trails, or simply enjoying quality time with family and friends. After a day of adventure, unwind in the private hot tub and let the peaceful surroundings help you relax and recharge.

Step inside to discover a thoughtfully designed space with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the living area with natural light. Gather around the gas fireplace in the cozy leather seating area or enjoy a family meal at the dining table or breakfast bar. The chef’s kitchen is a culinary dream, featuring a gas range, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. High-end finishes and ample space make this home as functional as it is beautiful, while the private patio and hot tub offer the perfect spots to unwind after an adventure-filled day.

Amenity extras at Wilderness Woods House include an outdoor gas grill; multiple outdoor patio spaces; a wet bar in the living room; and a full laundry room. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Upper Level:
- Bedroom #2: Queen bed., smart tv. (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom #3: Two bunk beds (twin/twin). (sleeps 4)
- Bathroom: Full bathroom in hall w/ shower/tub combo.

Middle Level:
- King Master Suite: King bed, smart tv, private bathroom w/ dual vanities. (sleeps 2)

Special Unit Notes – Please Read:
- No Pets / No Smoking.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
- For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

Intimate and comfortable mountain getaway

Close enough to Breckenridge to be convenient, far enough away to feel like you are deep in the woods. Who loved staying here. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was hot. The kitchen was well stocked and very easy to use. We highly recommend this rental.

Great Getaway

House was great. A few cleaning items, wrappers missed under couch, cobwebs behind doors, nothing major. Kitchen was very well supplied. Unfortunately the fireplace quit working but maintenance was pretty quick and tried to fix it, but couldn't during our stay. Quiet neighborhood away from town, but just a short drive to town and skiing. Enjoyed the peace and hot tub!

Definitely try to arrive in daylight hours, because finding it the first time would be tricky in the dark. Google maps says to take a right onto the street, but it's really take a right, and then another quick right. It's also uphill, so 4WD was needed. There was a house being constructed right next door during our stay, and I would have liked to have been informed before renting. Because of heavy snow, they had to take a break, so it worked out. Small things about the house - someone needs to go check lightbulbs and batteries in remotes, and the master bedding is really hot. It would have been nice to have something lighter weight with the option to pull the big comforter over just in case. The supplies provided for the kitchen and laundry were good, and the hot tub was great. It was a just a short drive into Breckenridge, and we were glad to not be in such a busy spot. The house is in a beautiful setting, and we enjoyed walking in the roads as they were barely used. The snow clearing trucks were prompt though.
