Enjoy island living at its finest when you book a stay at Tranquil Retreat, a resort-community condo with fabulous amenities! Under the warm Arkansas sunshine enjoy splashing in the pool, barbecuing in the grilling area, and engaging in some playful competition on the pickleball court. The community's gazebo is an additional perk, perfect for afternoon reading sessions. Near your stay, explore Oaklawn Racing & Gaming, Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf, Hot Springs National Park, the Mid-America Science Museum, and Garvan Woodland Gardens.

Inside Tranquil Retreat, enjoy sweeping water views and a comfortable interior. The tastefully decorated living room presents a coral and blue color palette, ample seating, balcony access, and a Smart TV. When you aren't indulging in the area's local fare, utilize the full kitchen's plentiful meal prep space and stainless steel appliances.

Curated for comfort and sweet dreams, the condo's bedrooms offer plush linens, ceiling fans, and private TVs.

House Rules
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The pool closes for the season on October 24th.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Security camera details: Please note that the availability of our pool is seasonal. The pool opens each year in observance of Labor Day and remains open until Memorial Day. Guests planning their stay outside of this period should be aware that the pool will not be accessible. We invite you to enjoy the many other amenities our vacation rental has to offer during your visit. Thank you for choosing our home for your getaway, and we look forward to hosting you!



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The apartment was pretty, clean, and well decorated. The balcony is also a nice touch. Although the balcony was definitely not clean. It was an okay place to stay. Nothing to write home about, but nothing terrible either.

Beautiful condo on Lake Hamilton
We loved the location of this condo on the bottom floor, at the end of the unit and beside the pool. Amazing views of Lake Hamilton. Very up to date furniture and a balcony. We wished the cleaning service had done better, but at no fault of the owners. We would definitely stay here again

Short trip for us.
If it hadn’t rained and we could have swam in the pool, it would have been a 10/10. The Condo was easy to find. It had a security gate. It was very clean. The kitchen was well supplied. Extra bedding was placed in the bedroom closets. The view was nice. We had a guest visit us, it was nice to have the allotted two car spaces. We loved our short stay.. When we go back to Hot Springs, we hope to stay here again.

Great condo!
We truly enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean, stocked with plenty of towels, and extra things like fans. Plenty of room to move around and very spacious! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view to the lake
This condo is lovely. We were 4 adults spending the holidays in Hot Springs and had plenty of room to spread. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the condo was squeaky clean. The kitchen was well stocked and even had lots of spices and oils to cook with. We enjoyed the view every day we spend there and it was a quiet neighborhood. Also, groceries stores and restaurants are super close drive.

Beautiful Lake View and sunset
Found the house as advertised everything we needed for cooking, could use a couple of small omelette skillets. Mark the owner was very quick to get back with us with any questions we had. we took a boat and was amazed at the million-dollar homes along the river went to the horse races 2 days and to the casino 2 days. parking is a little tight though, but we figured it out. we had a great time.

Great Location and cozy apartment
The apartment was really nice and well-stocked. The fact was that we had to call the host only once as we arrived at night. The apartment overlooks the lake and the main Central Avenue with the baths and the Parks are all within a 7 - 10 mile radius. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back when it's warmer.

Horse racing weekend
Great property in an excellent location, in a gated area! Checking in and out was simple, as well. Plan on using this location again, and would definitely recommend to others.
