Balcony was very scenic. Front door was hard to get to for old age folks. Needs handrail. Bathroom shower and tub could use handrails.Otherwise an excellent place!!

Wonderful condo, beautiful view of Lake Hamilton!

we had a wonderful stay in this condo. It is beautifully decorated and very, very clean with a wonderful view of the lake. The linens were nice. The beds were comfortable and there is everything you need in the kitchen! The balcony off the condo had comfortable furniture as well and it’s a peaceful setting. Property manager answered all our questions and was helpful with restaurant suggestions too!

Perfect weekend getaway!

Condo was beautifully decorated, clean and right on the lake. It’s close to everything Hot Springs has to offer. This will be my go-to rental when planning a trip back.

Nice weekend getaway

We loved the property. Very clean and nice with a beautiful view. Our kids loved the pickleball courts.

Pool was filthy, hair, beer cans, leaves and no where to dump if you tried to clean. Many rotted boards on the boat docks. Lots of trash along sea wall. Condo was comfortable. Propert was not as good as it has been.

Beautiful View

Our stay was great. The place is very nice and the view is wonderful. We enjoyed the proximity to the water and the pool. Our host was easy to communicate with during our entire stay. We definitely would return to this location.

Fabulous condo and location.

We had everything we needed in the condo and it was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. The beds were amazingly comfortable! I wish there would have been some sort of swimming area or beach access to the lake, but we did enjoy use of the pool.

Four of us stayed here for our annual girls trip. This was a very nice property and everything was as described. Nice quiet property in a nice area. Very homey.

The property location is perfect for the best sunsets! In the am the patio is perfect for morning coffee. View of lake could not be any better. In the morning there are geese and turtles in the water.

There are several walkable places, but we encourage you to have a car to get around. Uber, Lyft, and Hot Springs Taxi are also available. You can also boat to several restaurants and marinas right from your boat slip! The boat slip is 10' x 28' which is more than accommodating for most party barges/pontoons. If using the fireplace, be sure to open the flu! Not familiar with building a fire? Try buying Duraflame logs (and/or firewood) which can be purchased at Lowe's, Walmart, or Kroger during the cold-weather season.
