This attractive and well maintained condo is perfect for a couple or family of four! Enjoy the fabulous ocean views from almost every room!



This second floor condo is located in the popular Coral Sands complex. The location makes it an easy walk or drive to restaurants, shops, and more! There is an elevator for easy access and private off street parking.



The condo has Wifi, stacked washer/dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.



As soon as you enter the condo, you are struck by the awesome views! Step out onto the large 27 ft balcony and enjoy a totally unobstructed view of the ocean. This is just the perfect spot to enjoy a very relaxing vacation!



The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary items to enjoy cooking meals at home. Dine inside or enjoy your meal on the expansive balcony!



The living area has comfortable seating, and there is a small dining area that seats four. Enjoy relaxing and watching a movie on the 50" flat screen TV.



The master bedroom has a king bed and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combination.



There are also beach chairs to carry down to relax by the water's edge. A private boardwalk shower is available to rinse off the saltwater and sand when you return from the beach.



Amelia Island is a special place, and we are thrilled that you are staying with us! You will find that no matter how long you stay on Amelia Island, it is never long enough!
