New Modern Luxury Beach House 5 Blocks To Sand

Beautiful, newly renovated, family friendly 3 bedroom/2 full bathroom just 5 blocks to the beach! Our beds are all new and top-rated memory foam hybrid mattresses with hotel quality sheets. Our french modern-style kitchen is fully stocked with a Nespresso machine and snacks galore. Our home is centrally located and within 1 mile of Whole Foods, Publix, Target, restaurants, and tons of local coffee shops!

This home is on an adorable street with tons of great people! This house has brand new floors, kitchen and bathrooms. The large living room is adjacent to an outdoor patio where you can enjoy warm evening dinners. There is a large screen TV in the living room with Netflix and other programs. The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, Nespresso machine (we don't joke around with our coffee), pots and pans, baking sheets, dishes, glasses, and hopefully everything you will need to feel at home! Our dining table can extend to fit 8-10 people.

The master bedroom has an amazingly comfortable king bed with soft, linens and a plush memory foam layer. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom complete with luxury towels, shampoo, soap, lotion, make-up wipes and a hairdryer! We also provide sunscreen and a first aid kit in the bathroom.

Bedrooms two and three can sleep different combos. Bedroom two has two twin beds and ample closet space for storage. Bedroom three has a full bunk bed with a full bunk on top and a trundle below. These two bedrooms share a bathroom in the hallway with a full tub and shower.

We also have a pack and play we can provide for babies and a queen air mattress on stilts (it has a frame) that can be added to a bedroom or the living room for kids.

In the garage, we have boogie boards and beach toys to use. We have plenty of beach towels and e can also provide beach chairs upon request.
The home also has a washer and dryer in the unit. I have laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use. We also have some board games and card decks in the living room.

We also have a service at the beach called Beach Buggy. They will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach just for a tip!

There are two parking spaces for guests to use and we have a smart pad that we will provide the code for the day of your stay.
