I'm a DC native who has wholly embraced the beach lifestyle after moving to north Florida several years ago. I'm a curious traveler who is open to any global adventure, even if it's just for a weekend. I love my beach life and love being able to share it with others.

Quiet neighborhood but SO close to everything! We love being able to walk across the street to the beach and the main drag of Jacksonville beach; it's an easy bike ride or short drive to Neptune and Atlantic Beaches and all their shops, restaurants and nightlife as well; and as for outdoor activities, it's all right here! Walking, biking, fishing, golf, bird watching, kayaking, surfing, swimming, or just laying on the beach!

Incredible location, beautifully decorated but SO comfortable, and outdoor space to enjoy the sea breezes and lovely weather. You can work comfortably all day and spend your evenings out by walking to some of the amazing nearby restaurants and nightlife or just shake off the day but taking a dip in the ocean . . .or fishing from the pier! After a few days here, we promise you'll want to live here (that's what happened to us!)
