Pet Friendly Private House w/ Pool & Game Room + Free Attraction Tickets!

This 3bd/3ba private beach house, called "Beaching On The Dunes" , is only 0.2 miles from the beach (4 minute walk) and has been recently renovated. "Beaching On The Dunes" features a private pool, game room and screened in porch with TV and comfortable outdoor seating (firepit shown in photos is not functional and for decorative purposes only) . This house can accommodate a total of 12 guests with1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 bunks beds in the 3rd bedroom with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top (2 fulls, 2 twins total) and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

"Beaching On The Dunes" has all the comforts of home while at the beach. This private, 1 story, beach house features a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, full size washer & dryer, cable TV in all 3 bedrooms and the living room, free Wi-FI, free parking and BBQ grill. This house is also pet friendly so your fur babies are welcome to come. (Dogs only, $200.00 non-refundable pet fee)

"Beaching On The Dunes" is located on Dunes St. in the Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach (hence the name "Beaching On The Dunes"). To get to the beach, you simply walk down Dunes St. to 37th Ave South and then 2 short blocks to Ocean Blvd (0.2 miles = 4 minute walk). This house is also just a 5 minutes drive from Barefoot Landing which has several restaurants as well as shopping & attractions.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice home, convenient location. Wish there was a gas grill to barbecue outside instead of cooking inside. Had to adjust the weekly menu plan. Pool was enjoyable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely three bedroom home. Unfortunately, the pool heater wasn't on. The screened in patio was awesome. The fire pit table was out of propane but it didn't matter. The master bath shower is incredible. A quick walk and you are on the beach. Just a wonderful hidden gem!
