Welcome to The Farm's Luxury Getaway on The Potomac, three private acres anchored by an idyllic, modern Estate with private dock located directly on the Potomac River and just 45 minutes from Washington DC.

Your Estate features eight spacious bedrooms, six and a half custom bathrooms, & multiple living and dining areas for group celebrations.
The lower level of the estate showcases a recreation area featuring full sized pool table, air hockey table, and poker and foosball tables.

Just outside your Estate doors, your 2022 model eight person spa awaits you year round and is heated to 102 degrees at all times.
You'll enjoy premium business class Starlink Wifi service throughout the Estate and the grounds as well as 14 Smart TVs ranging in size from 80'' to 40'' with Premium Dish Network service.

The Estate showpiece is a stunning riverfront lounging area with custom seating, an enormous firepit with firewood supplied by your Estate Concierge Team, and al fresco dining for up to 30 guests.

Your private lighted floating Potomac dock is stocked with 5 Paddleboards, 3 Canoes, 4 Adult Kayaks, and 4 Child Kayaks to explore the storied waters of the Potomac.

There's also plenty of space to seamlessly dock your own boat if you bring it along!

The Getaway on The Potomac is a member of The Farm, LLC's Premiere Luxury Estate Collection.

Family Retreat WV 2024

This is an outstanding place for family gathering and fun! We had plenty of room for 13 adults and 1 child to gather, and to spread out. The venue is superbly outfitted with the finest of everything needed for excellent meals and entertainment. The dock area is a outstanding place to gather, relax, and enjoy the water activities. Candace is a superb hostess and extremely responsive to all needs. Many thanks to Candace for helping make our family retreat memorable and most enjoyable.

A beautiful place in a quiet rural setting near the Potomac river. Excellent design and very airy bright interior. Can’t think of anything to improve on. Will definitely come back.

Wonderful Home and Beautiful Location

Had an amazing time with friends at the property. We spent so much time hanging out in the living room and cooking in the kitchen. Since this is a newer property some directions on how to use the sound system would be nice and a few additional coffee mugs would be great since we had a large group but those are minor suggestions for the future! We would happily come back to this property in the future!
