A centrally located, 2 minute walking distance to Irrum Manzil Metro station, fully furnished, gated, 2 bedroom House (with attached bath, sitting area, and kitchen) in a quiet, mostly residential neighborhood.

Fully furnished two spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Furnishing includes queen sized beds with side tables, split unit A/Cs, ceiling fans and relaxing chairs.
A large sitting cum dining area with wall mounted fan and split unit A/C.
The kitchen is well equipped for self cooking. Fixtures include 3 burner table top auto ignite nobs, chimney, fridge, water purifier, microwave, kettle with hot plate, toaster, cutlery and crockery for 6 and a washing machine.

Entire apartment with complete privacy.
