An elegantly furnished, 3 bedroom apartment in the most happening part of Hyderabad - i.e Hitech City! Ideal for families, individuals, group of friends/ professionals visiting the area for business and/or leisure.
The Apartment is in a quiet residential gated community with 24x7 security, right next to the IT Office and in close proximity (10 min drive) to the IT Hub, HITEX convention area, Shilparaman, Ikea, InOrbit Mall, AIG Hospital.
The space
The apartment houses 3 bedrooms that come with attached bathrooms and work stations. The Master bedroom has a walk-in closet as well apart from built-in storage space. The apartment also houses two large formal sitting areas that can be used for business meets and group discussions.
The foyer also serves the dual purpose of a reception area and recreation space.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all gadgets necessary for both short or long stays.
There are two sit outs / balconies overseeing the serene surroundings of the colony which is rich in greenery.
