The home was very comfortable and clean. Great location in a neighborhood and very quiet.
The floors are very worn, but the unit was furnished nicely and comfortably!
Though there was a lot of furniture in a tight space, the living room area had lots of comfy seating options.
The large dining table was great for playing cards in the evening, in front of the fire on a chilly evening!
The views include both the golf course (other side of the fence) and the mountains!

Beautiful neighborhood and property. Might want to get handy man, lots of lil projects. Doors hit frames when shut, kitchen sink faucet handle very tight to operate, front door slams hard. usual never ending maintenance. We will come back to this place!

Great location to explore the Moab, Utah area

My friend and enjoyed staying here to explore the national parks in the area. The location has some great scenery and is very quiet. The house is cozy, with two large rooms and two full-sized bathrooms. The management company made the process very easy and was responsive to any questions or concerns I had.

Cozy, Clean and Beautiful location

We loved staying here. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the location outside of town. It was quiet and the views were beautiful. We also enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings when it got chilly outside. The use of the garage to store our bikes was huge for us too. We would definitely stay here again.

GREAT SPOT IN MOAB

My husband and I booked this last minute before traveling to Moab and it was perfect. The check in was easy and it was a very nice and clean place. We were able to wash clothes and watch TV on the couch. The beds were comfortable. If we are in MOAB again, we will stay here for sure.

Hi, we really enjoyed your place. Only two suggestions. It would have been nice to have sugar for our coffee in the morning. You have a k cup coffee maker but no coffee for it. Wehad brought a few so we used ours. But your coffee cups don’t fit under the keurig spout!

Condo in Moan

Condo was spacious and comfortable. View from patio spectacular. Backs up to golf course and looks out to the tall red rocks. Met our needs to go to Arches Nat’l Pk, Canyonlands Nat’l Pk - Needles, Canyonlands - Island in the Sky & Capitol Reef Nat’l Pk. Very clean! Would stay again!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo bordering the golf course, with wonderful views. The property was clean and kitchen well stocked. It was a very convenient location to get to Arches and Canyonlands parks, and very nice to be away from the downtown area. We appreciated the grill (charcoal) and patio was enjoyable especially after the sun went down. Overall a nice property, with the only real frustration being unreliable internet service. Other reviewers noted they contacted the property manager for assistance with this, we just kept rebooting and that helped.

Property has good and bad features.

This property is in a nice neighborhood on the golf course just a few miles south of Moab. It has a nice patio and a 1 car garage. It is probably the cleanest VRBO I have ever rented. Overall it is sufficient however there were a few things I wasn’t happy with. VRBO has a commercial out making fun of other properties that don’t allow you to check in even 5 minutes early however that is exactly what this property mgmt company does. The day before check-in we were notified that entry prior to 4 pm would result in an early check-in charge of 50. When I sent an email back to them To clarify how early they meant, they simply sent another copy of the check- in rules. Also, while this 2 story townhouse has a lot of square footage most of it is dead loft space on the second floor. The bathrooms are tiny and the kitchen/dining/living area is very cramped and made worse by oversized furniture that isn’t laid out right. Overall it would fill your basic needs but I wouldn’t rent it again.

Anniversary Getaway

Clean and well-maintained. Cozy decor and functional. We were very comfortable here and would like to stay again sometime. The location was quiet, and easy to find, but out of the hustle and bustle of downtown. Thank you for allowing us to get away for the weekend.

Beautiful and quiet!

We had a fantastic stay. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was great, loved the pool, appreciated the garage. Followed the owners recommendation to hike a trail nearby that was stunning. We loved Moab, Arches, and Canyonland and loved coming home to this condo every night. Extending our stay an additional day was easy and we had great communication with the property manager. Thank you!

Great stay in Moab!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. It was comfortable and clean. It was in a quiet part of town and the view was serene. A/C worked great (It was 107 degrees out while we were visiting). Beds were comfy and kitchen was outfitted enough for basic cooking. We did have trouble realizing how the bedroom doors worked, but was our own fault and not a problem at all. We would definitely stay here again, next time we’re in Moab!
