The space
This is a two level home with AC units in all individual bedrooms and living room. The living room, kitchen and dining room are all on the main level. Also on the main level is a single bed bedroom with its own private bathroom. Past the dining room and kitchen is the outdoor patio with an outdoor bar. Even further back is our fully equipped laundry room with a washer, dryer and sink. Going up the stairs you’ll find a half restroom for quick uses without the need of going up to the second floor. On the second floor in the common area is a working area with a spacious desk, comfortable chair, and two monitors for your personal use. Also on the second floor are the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms. The First one, consisting of two double beds, a wardrobe, and access to a shared balcony with another room.
The second bedroom, provides a desk, a smart television, and queen size bed with access to the shared balcony as well. Both of these bedrooms share a full bathroom with all the essentials. Finally on the second floor is the master bedroom, this room has a large walk in closet, a television, a king size bed, and a full size bathroom including both a bath tub and walk-in shower. This bedroom also has access to a large terrace overlooking the park and all of the community.
Guest access
You will have access to the home though a keyless pin pad. Your door pin will be provided to you prior to your arrival on the day of.
Along with the entirety of our home you’ll have access to the park directly in front of our home, the community pool and guest house. These community amenities are available for your use from 8am up to 10 pm, we ask you are mindful of other guests when using.
Other things to note
No pets allowed
No indoor smoking. A $300 additional cleaning fee will be charged in cases of smoking inside the home.
Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay the night.
Visits are okay until 10pm. Please inform your host of any visitors prior to their arrival to grant access at the gate.
