NEW LISTING Make yourself comfortable and forget the bustle of your daily life. Here you escape the crowds even in the middle of the summer and have your dream holiday right on the beautiful golden sandy Glyfada Beach.
This tastefully decorated home is set at the end of a quiet cul de sac with no trhrough traffic. Spacious open plan living dining kitchen area bright and airy opening onto expansive terraces, Shaded dining areas and the option for the sun with loungers provided. There is also a rooftop with panoramic views to the sea and the mountains.
An upstairs bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two bedrooms downstairs on with twin beds which can be set together or separate and a family room with two up and down bunk beds. Another bathroom is locaed here with a cleverly located washing machine hidden away.
The gardens are lush and colourful and there is direct beach access through a path from the bottom of the garden. There is a gas BBQ. Peaceful, safe and relaxing,
