Great area with wonderful restaurants in the same block. There were many shopping and entertainment options within easy walking distance. The terrace offered a great place to people-watch and drink tea or eat breakfast. We absolutely would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in the Fitz Roy Suite! Especially the meet and great from Andy. As first-time travelers to Buenos Aires it was great to have him welcome us when we arrived and helping us to settle in. He was a most generous host! Excellent located unit with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. Andy was a great host and took time to personally show us all of the ins ands outs of the apartment as well as recommendations for the area. A couple of small issues came up during our stay which he was very responsive and helped resolve.

Host was very obliging. Met us at 3:00am to get into the condo. Gave us a lot of information about Buenos Aires and the local area. Talked to us until 3:45 am.Condo was well laid out and had a nice balcony which we used a lot.

Host was scary kind and accommodating. Set us up with lovely provisions and gave us lots of information about the area. He even made sure to leave us with a working Subte card, since they were sold old at local station.

Great home base for a short visit

Andy was a great host.He met us at the apartment and gave us great information on BA. He also helped us arrange an early check in which was most appreciated. The apartment was in a great walkable area, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Very Comfortable and Convenient Apartment

Andy was a wonderful host. It was our first time to Argentina and we appreciated his meeting us and giving us much useful information - including a Subte card. The apartment is in a great location for restaurants, easy access to the subway and lots to see within walking distance. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great location!!!

Our vacation was great. BA exceeded all expectations. Beginning with this beautiful apartment, very well located within the city, the people so welcoming and nice. All the places to visit. Wonderful time in Palermo

This studio apartment is a perfect spot to enjoy Buenos Aires. It was well situated near many restaurants, cafes, food stores, and public transportation. Beautiful parks are just a short walk away too. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. The balcony was lovely to have a meal overlooking the neighborhood greenery. The only complaint were the lack of windows or a screen on the balcony so we had to use the air conditioning at night. But I definitely recommend this apartment!

Andy and Sam manage the apartment and will meet you there when your flight arrives, get you checked in, explain the apartment amenities and give you a quick overview of the neighborhood. They can also answer any questions you may have about the city, tours, dining, nightlife, language, etc.

If you place a booking, please give us your flight info (airline, number and city of departure) so that we can follow it on the internet and be at the apartment in time to welcome you as you arrive from the airport, if that works for you. An approximate check-out time will also be useful to plan in advance.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This is a beautiful suite apartment located in the main street in Palermo Hollywood, with all the best bars and restaurants (Osaka, Soberbia, Sudestada, Romario, and many more), and this apartment is right in the heart of it all, yet on the 4th floor and surrounded by trees so it's still remarkably quiet. After searching for apartments for awhile, we knew this was the one as soon as we saw it. We added a lot of personal touches and custom furniture and furnishings to make it as comfortable as possible.

You will not find a much better location in Buenos Aires. It is the perfect place to start exploring the city from and a great neighborhood for anything you need within a block or two.
