Welcome to our exquisite 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom private 1st & 2nd floor mountain retreat in the tranquil heart of Layton, Utah. Nestled in a secluded area, this property offers an unparalleled escape, where the majestic mountains serve as your backdrop and serenity envelops you at every turn. Our property offers convenient access to multiple public ski resorts including Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, and Nordic Mountain.
Tucked away in the beauty of nature, our mountain getaway invites you to explore the outdoors. This inviting 5-bedroom home promises the perfect blend of comfort and adventure for you and your family. Amenities unique to this rental include an outdoor in ground trampoline, hot tub, steam shower, grill, two luxury workspaces, and a fie pit.
Guests will have private access to the first and second floor. My son and friend will be occupying the basement with their own private entrance. Guests will not be disturbed or have any shared spaces.
You will enter the home through the main entry door. This home features a smart lock and an individual door code will be sent to you one to two days before your check-in date. Guest will have private access to all first floor, second floor, and outdoor amenities. This code will be active during your entire stay.
Visitors are welcome to make use of the driveway, offering parking space for up to four vehicles. Kindly request approval for any additional vehicles. For local mobility, guests have the option to conveniently access Utah's surroundings through local taxi services or popular ride-sharing platforms like Uber and Lyft.
Quiet hours are weekdays, 10:00PM - 8:00AM, and weekends, 11:00PM - 8:00AM.
No fires outside of the permitted fire pit/ring.
If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.
Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.
No pets allowed. If there is evidence of pets in the unit you tenant will be charged $200.
