Great stay, close to the beach, easy access! We didn’t bring our kid but could have with the bunk beds. Would definitely stay here again. Only bizarre thing was the closet had no hangers in it, note to the owner.

Would have given 5 but property has no elevator. Even 1st floor has to carry luggage up stairs. If you have a unit that is anything but A1,B1,C1 expect to climb floors and unsheltered parking.

Short skip to the beach

The location is fantastic. Spend the day at the beach and if there's anything you need or forgot, it's a quick walk to the condo. The second floor walkway is a zigzag around other units and bit annoying at first, but you get used to it and it starts to be a source of jokes. It's not a big deal. Perfect beachy homebase away from home.

Clean and Modern Condo Near Beach

The condo was newly remodeled and had an updated kitchen and bathroom. There was a nice living room, kitchen, balcony and bedroom. The balcony had a table and chairs, alone with an ocean view. On site parking was included. Restaurants, beach, and shopping were all within walking distance.

Wrightsville beach condo

We stayed there for three days. Location was not very good as it seem to be near a bar where there was a lot of noise all hours of the night. I did not feel safe at this location. Communication with the property manager was not existent after we arrived.

Close to beach condo

Very clean and well kept, quick easy check in and check out process. Short, easy walk to the beach, awesome view from balcony. We enjoyed every second! I highly recommend this place.

Before Christmas Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our trip was a relaxing few days before Christmas. It rained the first 2 days, but that didn't hamper our trip because the view and sounds of the beach waves made it refreshing. On the third day, it was gorgeous outside and we were able to easily walk to the beach, have lunch outside at Oceanic and watch the surfers. And that was icing on the cake! The space was clean and comfortable. We felt safe because of the keyless entry to enter the building and to enter our room. Accessing the space was good exercise because of the steps. Oh, even though the space does sleep 6, it was spacious enough for two people to walk around comfortably.

Location is Everything

Loved being so close to the ocean & pier. Condo is cute & fairly well stocked. I will reiterate some things others have said: One of the 3 nights we stayed (Thurs-Sat), the music from nearby Palm Room bar was loud. I wouldn't stay here if you have difficulty climbing stairs as there is no elevator. After you add in price to rent linens, taxes, fees, etc. it did end up being rather expensive per night for our 3 night stay. I had asked a question online about property & didn't book right away - the price went up $20/night in the couple of days it took me to get around to doing it, so be warned about that possibility. The Shark Bar & Kitchen was a convenient place to walk to, grab dinner & be able to sit outside & eat during pandemic. Overall a good experience staying at Shearin.

The condo was a little small for a family of four, but it was close enough to the beach that most of our time was spent on the sand with meals and showers just a few steps away.The sleeper sofa was broken, but our 17-year-old was happy to sleep on the couch. Additionally, the bars directly below us created a significant amount of noise in the middle of the night. But neither of these inconveniences diminished the fun we had for the week.

Sooooo close to the beach!

It was so so nice to be a few steps away from the sand! The apartment is exactly as advertised in the photos and we had a great stay. The ocean view from the balcony is *BETTER* than pictured. We had our meals on the balcony every night. There were plenty of utensils, plates and bowls and having access to a full kitchen was a big plus. The bed is very good quality and very comfortable and the linens were nicely and safely shrink-wrapped from the cleaners so that we could make the bed knowing that nobody but us had touched the linens. The only thing is that the apartment was not super clean (granted I have very high standards), especially the bathroom/shower. The tub and sliding door had soap scum that could easily be removed with dish soap and a bit of elbow grease. The kitchen sink was clogged and drained slowly, so that needs to be fixed. Also the checkout time at 10am was really way too early, and there was zero flexibility in terms of an extra hour before having to check out. But overall the location and apartment were great. There is a bar downstairs one door down the street and drunk people might wake you at 2am while walking to their cars, but other than that it is a great apartment.
