新しく更新されたオーシャンフロントのタウンホームで太陽の下でリラックス！ Johnnie Mercerの桟橋から1ブロック以内に位置する、この素敵な3ベッドルーム、3バスタウンハウスは、2018年初頭にすべての新しいステン��ス製キッチン家電、新しいスリーパーソファを含むリビングルームの家具、新しいダイニングルームのテーブル、椅子などで更新されました。新しいマットレス！ このエンドユニットのタウンホームには、明るく開放感のあるオープンキッチン、大きなオーシャンフロントデッキに流れる自然光がたくさんあるリビングエリアがあります。 波が広がるのを見ながら、最新のキッチンでお食事をお楽しみください。 ループ、近隣のハーバー島とライツビルビーチのダウンタウン周辺の2.5マイルの舗装された経路は、早朝のジョギングには実際に正面玄関からアクセス可能です！

このタウンホームのメインレベルにはキッチン、リビングルーム、ダイニングエリア、バスルーム、そしてクイーンベッドルームがあります。 マスターの上層階には専用バスルー���があり、専用オーシャンフロントデッキもあります。 2階にはゲスト用ベッドルームとバスルームもあります。

Beach view was great! Family friendly too. Sliding glass door was very hard to slide open and closed. Several light bulbs were burnt out. Both clocks on the walls batteries needed changed. One of the bedrooms had no lamp. Overhead light was hard to reach for short folks so had to see by the light of the hall or closet. Everything else was good though.

Great Location!

The property was great for a short visit. The only problem was one of the bathrooms had no hot water. Other than that we loved our stay there.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Location was great. View was great. Outdoor shower was very useful. Check in and out process Wes very easy. Just wish kitchen had some more pots and pans, and bathrooms were little more updated. We will definitely stay again.

Great location, fussy rental company

Location was amazing! Right on beach and near pier. House is dated but comfortable. Management company is fussy, limited towels, bedding provided, but beds were not made. Despite large cleaning fee, we had to do make sure all dishes were clean and put away when we left. Very impersonal and corporate. Staff was nice but policies were not client friendly.

It would be nice if the slider screen on the first floor would finally replaced instead of constantly being repaired, as would be the vertical blinds that are everywhere. Bryant was great in getting maintenance there for repairs in a timely manner. It has a good beach access, and of course all of the restaurants and shops are close by.

Beach front

The location of this unit is everything! Being right on the beach and to the left of the pier (away from the pier parking lot) gave us perfect beach set up everyday without overcrowding! We enjoyed walking to the pier for ice cream, watching the fisherman and going to the surf shop. It was convenient to run back to the mainland for the grocery store as well! The unit could use some updating but everything was clean and functional. The couches weren’t the most comfortable so if you consider making any changes, that would be top of my list. Beds and pillows were great!

It was reasonably clean but could use some updates and replacement of broken items. We hope that the owner will add new beach toys and chairs (all old and broken), a new kitchen garbage can, and do something else with window and sliding door coverings. Just a little love for this condo would go a long way! It is close to everything Wrightsville Beach, and the view is amazing. We enjoyed our stay.

Recent newer furniture and brand new appliances were a welcome addition. The blinds in all 3 bedrooms did a poor job of keeping the light out, especially the master bedroom ones. Those have needed replaced for years. The mattresses are old and not very comfortable. The proximity to ther beach and the amazing views are what keeps us coming back year after year. It's good to see the owners updating things. Hopefully they'll keep at it. The new linen service is also really nice.

However, I wish they could convince the owner of Douglas to make some upgrades. We have been dealing with broken vertical blinds in that unit for years, and the sliding deck screens continue to be off track. One would think that with the rent we pay, working blinds and screen sliders could be upgraded easily at very little cost to the owner. The rest of Douglas was fine, it's a very nice location for a stay on Wrightsville beach, and we love staying there.

We are just SO pleased that the sliders now have new screens and drapes! As with any older rental unit, it could use some updating, especially with kitchen accessories (pots, pans, pitchers for tea and drinks). High top chairs for the deck would be a wonderful addition! We are sad to say that the living and dining room furniture is just about the most uncomfortable we have ever encountered, but if you bring in the extra pillows from bedrooms, it makes it more bearable for relaxing. Overall, it's a super place to stay with one of the best locations. Bryant Realty always has superb customer service and is a great company to deal with, our unit has always been clean and tidy. We highly recommend this unit for a beachfront vacation!

Some good, some not so good

It was nice having a charcoal grill and outdoor shower.The unit could use some updating. The stove and dishwasher did not work properly. The surface of the chair in the living room was flaking off. The umbrella on the lower deck was rusting badly.Unfortunately, we had a number of issues during our stay. The Bryant Realty folks were excellent, very responsive. With the issues needing attention, there were repair people coming to the unit frequently and it definitely detracted from our stay. The lower deck had broken glass on the deck...which our 2 year old stepped on. The back sliding screen door was not operational. The stove and dishwasher needed repair. The AC stopped working. Then when the AC was repaired, it leaked water over night all over the kitchen and hallway floor. We had hoped to received some discount for our stay, which we did not.

Great location but needs major updates!

The good stuff -We love the views. - The first floor/main living is pretty nice. - Great location, parking, and access to the beach. -Master bed is comfortable. -App works pretty well for pertinent information The bad stuff. We have a video of quite a few cockroaches on the main patio while we were outside swarming around our feet. The shag and very old carpeting is disgusting and it smells when it’s so humid. It’s has stains and needs to be replaced!! Cockroaches in the laundry room. The laundry room is gross. The floor is the main problem. No hot water on the main floor bathroom so my father in law has been using the outdoor shower. Both patio tables are so rusty the rust falls off. There is mold on the master bathroom shower curtain. The master bath need a majority remodel. There is rust on the shower caddy. The twin beds are uncomfortable and the bed squeaks. It’s ridiculous that we had to pay to get our beds properly made prior to arrival. They claim they cannot make the beds due to Covid. Providing one main crappy towel for the week is also ridiculous. The fact we even have to rent towels is ridiculous. There is obviously no pride in ownership of this property. We have not been impressed with the initial process of leasing from Bryant. It’s low quality service, example awful towels, paying for bed being made, long long list of rules etc. The fact that you are “recording” noise inside and outside is weird.

(1-2 rolls per bathroom was provided for a 7 night stay.)The check in email from Bryant Realty mentions “several coupons” for staying at the beach house once you log into their portal or download the app. We did not see any of these coupons mentioned. The last day at the house, we found a coupon for a free appetizer to Bluewater, hidden and half covered by magazines – would have been nice to make the coupons visible so we saw them before the last day of our trip. We did not see any coupons in the online portal/log in either and no one at Bryant mentioned this to us.The downstairs (entrance to the home) smelled like a wet carpet, mold smell covered by cleaning products.We had a great time at the beach. Our main objective was to stay at a place within walking distance of the beach and that goal was achieved. Some of our cons made the house itself a touch less enjoyable; however we spent most of our time at the beach or outside. The house is a little older, so based on the price we paid we were expecting the interior to be a little nicer (new furniture, carpet, etc) but overall were very pleased with our stay. We really enjoyed working with Bryant Real Estate - everyone we spoke to was very nice and extremely helpful in working with us. Thank you!!!

Bryant Lost a Loyal Customer

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The quality of the house is as one would expect for a smaller beach front property; that is, some of the features are out dated, but the proximity to the beach and the view usually make up for such deficiencies. However, two issues were never addressed by Bryant and they will lose my future business. Over the past 5 years I have booked a number of stays and never once complained, but my complaints on this trip were not adequately addressed. First, the house next to the rental is under construction, so during the week, you can expect to hear hammers and banging starting at 7:30. If I had known this, I would have booked a different rental. We were told that Bryant was unaware of the construction. I find this impossible to believe. The construction next to the rental is a “new” build of large multi-unit property. The only way you could not have known such construction existed, is if you had never been to the house over the last year. Second, the beds throughout the house are not the quality you would expect considering the rental's price. The bed in the master bedroom was simply terrible; it is not queen bed (as advertised) but a full size bed and the mattress is lumpy, soft and must be 20+ years old. Considering how inexpensive it is to purchase a decent mattress online, the quality of the bed is simply unacceptable. There are two twin beds, which are acceptable for young children but no adult would find them acceptable. If you would like to sleep in the back of the house, away from the ocean, there is a decent bed in the guestroom to use. One of the primary reasons we rent an ocean front property is to sleep listening to the ocean and to wake seeing the beautiful view. Unfortunately, my main goals for the trip, some relaxation and the beautiful ocean views from bed, were not obtained. I gave the overall stay one star because Bryant failed to adequately address my concerns and conducted no diligence on the property.

Much needed rest

My wife and I were very much in need of some rest at the beach and this place did not disappoint. From the master bedroom, we had an awesome view of the ocean and the pier. It was very spacious and clean. Beach access is conveniently placed right behind the house. This would be a great place to bring a small family or friends. The staff at Bryant Real Estate were extremely helpful and accommodating. We plan to come back again before the year is over.

Wrightsville beach townhouse 14 Shearwater Street

I think there was black mold in the vents which triggered my asthma and sinuses, a number of light bulbs were burnt out, A number of the blinds were broken, the main TV didn’t work, and there were stains throughout the residence on the carpets. The residence definitely needs an update but the location and view was awesome. In person the realty company was very friendly, helpful, and nice but over the phone it felt like you were bothering them when you called. For the price you paid to stay there per night it was disappointing because we expected A higher quality place that was better taken care of.
