We strive to provide a comfortable and functional living experience for all our guests. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. All has been corrected with the items mention and working properly. We hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the cottage and will be looking into further to address accordingly. We hope you had a pleasant stay despite any issues!

Charles, we appreciate you giving your thoughts. We take guest feedback very seriously, so we're glad to hear from you. Unfortunately, I don't have any notes stating you let us know about these issues. If you had, we would've loved the opportunity to send a housekeeper or one of our housekeeping supervisors to remedy this situation. We're saddened to hear it was not up to par for your stay and apologize for where it was lacking. I will follow up with our housekeeping department to prevent these issues from happening in future. We hope you will continue to vacation on Wrightsville Beach and give us another chance in future!

Hi Alice, thank you for your stay! Lee is an older property, and that charm is evident in throughout the home. We will definitely take your recommendations to the owners. We wish you the best!

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Our team is dedicated to providing a comfortable and well-maintained stay for all our guests. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we hope you will give us another opportunity to exceed your expectations in the future.

Hi Megan, thank you for choosing Bryant Real Estate! I do see that you did speak to someone about your mold concerns, and I see that we had a maintenance technician come to the property, but it looks like you were not at the home at the moment. The technician inspected the property, and while they did find some water damage, there was no evidence of any active mold growth. After your departure, we did offer you financial compensation for the inconvenience this water damage caused. Additionally, we have since done some renovations to the downstairs bedroom. We hope you choose us in the future, and we wish you all the best!

Thank you so much Arnold for this review! I will definitely let the owner know your suggestions about the furniture and the suggestion to add a shower to the downstairs bath. We hope you will return to Lee again very soon!

Thank you, Sara, for the review and your suggestions! I am very glad that you enjoyed the spaciousness, cleanliness and the fantastic location of the Lee House. I I have made a note on issues that we can correct right away, such as the outdoor furniture, and will communicate with the owners the other suggestions you listed. I hope you will visit the Lee house again in the very near future!

Margaret, thank you for your review and comments on the Lee property! We are so happy you enjoyed the home and found it to be the perfect fit for your family. The wrap around porch and quick walk to the beach definitely check off the boxes for a great vacation home. I will make note of your request for more updates as we heavily rely on guest feedback to encourage the property owners to make improvements. You are always welcome back!

Lucy, thank you for your review of the Lee property! It's definitely a charming old beach cottage and we are happy you all enjoyed it! The owners have done some smaller upgrades throughout the offseason such as replacing the dishwasher and oven so we are excited for that. Happy 40th! We hope to see you back again soon.

Hi there, Callie! You're right that the location is awesome at this house - the beach is a quick walk up the street, and being in a more residential area, it's very quiet. I am so sorry to hear you had so many cleanliness issues on your arrival. I don't have record that you called in to report this - but had you, we would have sent a cleaner out right away to make it right. We have very high standards for the housekeepers to follow, so I am shocked to hear it was in this condition. Nonetheless, this would have been an easy fix and I would have loved the opportunity to correct the issue. The dishwasher has been replaced recently with a new one as of January 2021, and the owners have spent a lot of time sprucing up the unit this off season. Next time you visit Wrightsville, give us a call to book. I'd love for you to see that what you experienced is not our standard for rentals. Take care!

Thanks for the suggestions, Emilie... we will look into! Happy to hear you enjoyed your time at the beach!

So glad you enjoyed your stay and we are looking forward to hosting you again soon!!!

Hi James- thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your vacation! However, we do see that you gave low ratings on overall satisfaction, services from rental manager, cleanliness, property condition, and would not recommend the unit. If you would, please contact our office to give your comments on what we could do to improve those areas for future guests. Thanks again- we look forward to hearing from you!
