The studio unit concept is minimalist giving a cozy vibe for the occupants and is facing All Home and Coffee Project (view from balcony).

The space is 22sqm studio unit and can fit up to 4 pax (base rate is good for up to 3 pax).

Common appliances, furnitures and fixtures are available such as the following:
1. Double size bed with pillows and blanket.
2. Air conditioner
3. Smart TV
4. Ottoman with storage
5. Extra floor foam and convertible sofabed for the third and fourth guests
6. Cooking and kitchen materials
7. Refrigerator
8. Table and chair

Terms and Conditions:
1) Wifi kit is available for guest’s use. But load top-up shall be at guest’s expense.
2) Free common parking within the open parking area at Limketkai Center at fist come first serve basis. Park at your own risk.
3) Please leave our place as tidy as possible. Guests are requested to tidy the place, switch off all electrical items and lock the door when leaving the room.
4) Sticking or putting anything on the walls is not allowed as it may damage the paint.
5) All appliances are working well and tested prior every check-in. These appliances will be checked upon check-out to ensure no damage has been done. If damages are found, guest will be accountable and shall pay for damage fee.
6) Please bring your own toiletries and other personal hygienic items.
7) Please tidy up the kitchen after cooking or after using.
8) The unit is a 22sqm studio and good for up to 4 guests. Base rate is good for up to 3 pax. Extra pax (from 4th person) shall be chargeable. The floor foam and convertible sofabed are available for the 3rd and 4th guests. Undeclares guest is strictly unallowed.
9) Pets are not allowed. And smoking is strictly prohibited.
10) We will not be responsible to any property damages, injury of people and lost items caused by guests and/or caused to the guests during their stay period.
11) Fees shall be non-refundable. Cancellation and rescheduling is not allowed.
12) Early check-in and late check-out shall be charged at ₱200/hr subject to availability and prior arrangement.
13) Swimming pool and fitness gym are not yet constructed.

Each guest must submit a copy of ID prior check-in.
