Brand new open floor plan 3 bedroom home with a large yard and rear deck with table and chairs that backs to a creek, in a mountain housing community centrally located to the Mountain Lake Club and Shenandoah River and within a short drive to many Loudoun Valley wineries, breweries and distilleries, Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, Charles Town, Hollywood Casino, Charles Town Horse Racing, Summit Point Racetrack, Shepherdstown, Shepherd University and more.

Featuring an open floor plan that inludes a living room with a wall mounted 70 inch HD television, 2 couches, one that folds out a queen bed, dining room table for 6, large kitchen island with 4 bar stools. New kitchen with quartz countertops and all stainless Kitchenaid Appliances. Home has a back deck with table, 6 chairs and umbrella overlooking a large yard that backs to a creek that flows to the Shenandoah River.

The house has 3 bedrooms, the large bedroom has a queen bed with a pillowtop mattress and direct access to the deck and faces the side and backyard.

Bedroom 2 is in the front of the house and has a twin trundle bed that hides a 2nd twin bed beneath that can be pulled out to make a 2nd twin bed, or can be raised even with the top bed to make one queen sized bed.

Bedroom 3 has the same bed set up as bedroom 1 and faces the side of the yard.

The house has one bathroom that has a shower/tub combo and stocked with plenty of towels and wash clothes.

The front yard features a large driveway suitable for 2-3 vehicles and a rock garden with a small sitting bench

the back yard is expansive and backs to a creek, there are built in benches out back for sitting and enjoying nature, expect to see wild animals like deer and lots of birds

We have a private driveway but there is a limit of 3 vehicles per stay

1 well trained dog is allowed per stay with a $99 pet fee, any undeclared animals on the property without paying the pet fee will be subject to a $250 charge and a ban from renting any of our properties in the future. Animals are not permitted on couches, chairs, beds or bedding please.

There is no smoking permitted inside the house or out of the windows including marijuana or vaping. Evidence of smoking indoors will be assessed a $250 charge and a ban from renting any of our properties in the future.
