Poor Experience

I booked my stay on 5/17/24 for the dates of 5/18/24 to 5/21/24. I called on 5/17/4 to see if i could check in late and they said that the front desk was open 24/7 and i could check in whenever I wanted. upon my arrival they listed me as a no show and gave my reservation away and still charged me for the stay so I was left with no place to stay unless I booked another room with them and pay for that one as well.
