25 Davis Love is a lovely two-story home located in the heart of Fripp Island. Just a short golf cart ride to the Ocean Marina, Bonito Boathouse, Atlantic Ocean and Fripp's Lovely Beach, Ocean Creek Golf Course, Cabana Club and so much more. This three-bedroom, three full bath home is perfect for visitors that are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities. It comfortably accommodates up to 10 people.

The primary bedroom is located on the second floor and includes a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with 2 sinks and a tub shower combo. This bedroom has a private deck overlooking Davis Love Drive. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, with 2 queen beds in each. Both of these bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom; the left bedroom has a step-in shower while the other bathroom has a tub shower combo and the laundry room.

Features of the home include stainless steel appliances in kitchen, outdoor shower for easy beach cleanup, and a gas grill in the back yard. There are four TVs in the property, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. This property includes Live TV Cable Television and high-speed wireless internet throughout the home. A highlight of this property is the open floor plan that is great for family and friends, with plenty of room to be together. Complete with a furnished screened in porch allowing you to enjoy the low country weather and view in comfort.

The View:
The home is backed up to the Ocean Creek golf course and has a gorgeous view of the fairways from the screened in porch.

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit our unique amenities.

Guest Cards Included:
Also included in your rental are up to 10 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
