Listing was changed AFTER we booked
Shortly before our arrival the listing details and images were changed. We were not expecting or requiring anything fancy however we did have one requirement and that was AC. There was no AC and that was listed when we booked. The host did not provide any check in details or directions until a few hours prior to check in. Once we realized they falsely advertised the amenities for this listing we told them we needed a place with AC or our money back. The host refused. VRBO confirmed the listing was changed prior to check in and I was only refunded half of what we paid. We have to pay nearly $300 for other accommodations. I would never book with this host again.
