Welcome to The Halifax Rooftop, a cozy stay in the heart of the North End. This B&B offers three comfortable rooms, each with a unique setup:

The Sunset Suite – Queen bed with backyard patio views, bathroom just across the hall. This is on a shared (2nd) level with the Sunrise Suite.

The Sunrise Suite – Open-concept with an ensuite bathroom, great for solo travelers or couples. This is on a shared (2nd) level with the Sunset Suite.

The King Penthouse – Spacious full-level suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and balconies on both sides (steam room is located in this suite). This is located on its own private floor.

Guests share the living, dining, kitchen, stairwell, backyard amenities, and rooftop patios, while the bedrooms are private, each with their own bathroom. Enjoy panoramic views of the Halifax Harbour and bridges from the rooftop, plus extra comforts like a sauna, hot tub, and in-floor heating.

The Halifax Rooftop is a two-unit building—guests stay in the upper unit, while the ground level is a long-term rental. Parking and amenities are shared.

Unique property with beautiful outside space

If you are looking for something a little different, this is the place for you. The shared spaces are fantastic (beautiful plants and decor), plus there are 2 beautiful outside spaces: backyard with hot tub and sauna; large rooftop patio with lounge seating and fantastic view.There is a large shared kitchen area, which is well stocked. I was surprised that there was even a bar area, where you can purchase alcohol. A welcome snack awaited me, plus breakfast was served at the time I asked. Delicious coffee!My room was just as pictured - very modern and lots of room. I loved the electric blinds for privacy and darkness, but when opened the room is bright and airy. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot.
