Windward Pointe is a premier gulf-front development in the heart of Orange Beach, AL! Unit 804 is well-appointed, consisting of 1260 SF & 3 BR/2 BA. Features: comfortable furniture, magnificent views, large balcony, Wi-Fi, washer/ dryer, & a well-equipped kitchen. King bed in the master bedroom, king bed in the BR #2, two full beds in BR #3, & a sleeper-sofa in the living area.

The Space:
This 1260 sf condo is tastefully decorated and fully furnished, giving you all of the comforts of home in a beach-side tropical paradise. The living area features a couch, love seat, 3 chairs, with a large flat screen TV and balcony access. The well-equipped island kitchen features stainless appliances and plenty of counter space.
Unit 804 is situated on the eighth floor, overlooking the pool and the beach. Watch the kids play in the pool or admire the spectacular view of the beach and gulf from the spacious balcony. The balcony is furnished with a small table, two chairs, small bench seat, and a lounger.
With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, two full-size beds in the third bedroom, and a sleeper-sofa in the living area, this lovely condo can sleep up to ten people. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV. This condo has a washer & dryer, wireless internet, and wood-plank floors throughout.
Windward Pointe complex offers all the amenities you could want with indoor/outdoor pools, a children's wading pool, an indoor hot tub, sauna, well equipped exercise room, stainless steel grills by the beach and pool, covered pavilion and tennis/basketball/ pickleball court.
Guest must purchase parking pass separately upon arrival from the kiosk by the elevator.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo, common areas, and amenities. Amenities include a large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, BBQ gill area, indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna/steam room, tennis court, basketball court, & fitness room.

Other Things to Note:
You must purchase parking passes upon arrival. Parking fee is NOT included with the rental and currently costs about $7/day/vehicle (subject to change per HOA). Instructions are included in the “Guest Manual” which is visible after booking. Two vehicle max per HOA rules. If you have third vehicle, we offer overflow parking at our office which is across from the complex ($50) subject to availability.

No beach stuff is provided so you will need to bring your own. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available in the summer season for daily or weekly rentals through a third-party beach service company and you are certainly welcome to use your own. There is a Dollar General across the street with a great selection of beach stuff.

The condo will include: one roll of toilet paper, bar of soap, & small shampoo/ conditioner per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, dish rag, laundry detergent for one load, one garbage bag in each can, and one dishwasher soap. You will likely need to visit the store if your stay is longer than 2 or 3 days and we will not replenish these items during your stay.

TIPS ON WHAT TO BRING: Please bring paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

REFRIGERATOR: Check-in Day was most likely a check-out day for another guest. This means the fridge has been open for an extended period of time and cannot handle an overload of warm foods. Please leave items that do not need immediate refrigeration on the counters or in your coolers and avoid overfilling the refrigerator. It can take up to 12 hours for the fridge to fully cool down.

AIR CONDITIONER: On very hot days (90+ degrees) please be aware that the A/C units will not cool below 20 degrees difference from the outside temperature. DO NOT set the temperature to a super lower setting which could freeze up the unit causing damage. Turn on ceiling fans, lower blinds, and keep doors and windows closed. Do not operate A/C with the balcony door open.
