I’ll never book or recommend her ever again!

I had asked her a few days in advance about her cleaning policy’s due to the fact that I have asthma. She didn’t get back to me until the day before and said she used very strong cleaners! Tide for bedding soft scrub for bathroom and dollar store fabuloso to clean the floors. When I walked in the heat was cranked and the smell in the small cottage was overwhelming. I was there a total of ten minutes. I told her again how scents triggered my asthma and asked for a refund and she said no because I booked the cottage and her cottage sells out every weekend. I booked 3 nights. The least she could have done is offered 1/2. I’m sure she makes a ton of if she is booking it every weekend and apparently doesn’t care about ratings or helping people out. I had to pay for another place to stay for that weekend that didn’t use highly unpleasant smells. So much for southern hospitality!

This person is a complete scam artist. My guesthouse is a Favorite on AirBnB and I am a SuperHost. I have NEVER had less than a 5/5 review on AirBnB. The real truth here is that she found a cheaper place and had to come into my guesthouse and create a story to get a refund. VRBO turned her down. They did not believe her story.
