Karli was very responsive. The location is convenient. Street parking only, but it is not issue at all, a lot of parking spots available.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay so much! Beautiful townhome with all of the amenities. The view from the rooftop balcony was splendid. The townhome was centrally located to everything one could possibly need in Kirkland. Highly recommend!

This was one of our favorite VRBOs of all time. It was great to have all the space to our family of four (with two teens) after spending a few days in a hotel prior. We had a beautiful view of Lake Washington from the top of the house, though it did rain a couple days while on our trip, we still appreciated having a great home base. Everything was clean and new, and the whole house decor was bright and welcoming. We loved the large kitchen and eat-in area and spent evenings as a family watching Netflix in the living room. Having 2 full baths and a separate half bath downstairs was super convenient. The neighborhood in Kirkland was also great, close to Bridle Trails state park and Juanita Bay Park. As a family of trail lovers, we loved the location. We also had great food access - some of favorites: Korean (Chodung Tofu), Mediterranean (Padria Cafe), Indian (Tamdoori Corner of India). Since we’ve done Seattle too many times to count - this was a nice break and we were able to enjoy a tour at the University of Washington, while the Cherry Blossom trees were in full bloom.

Amazing stay in Kirkland

Great location in a friendly residential area. Very close to downtown Kirkland. Easy drive into Seattle and within 90 minutes of amazing Hiking and skiing. The host was very responsive and happily accommodated a schedule change for us. I highly recommend and would gladly stay again!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Beautiful views even when it’s cloudy! Super clean, kitchen is nice (maybe sparse on a few utensils). Will definitely stay here when we return!

We stayed a week while visiting family. We couldn’t have rented a nicer place. Comfortable, clean with all the amenities!! Next time we are in Seattle, we will be renting from Karlie again 😊

Excellent location- beautiful and comfortable house. We stayed for just a few days but would have been happy to stay longer! Quiet location with ample street parking right outside the house. Clear directions on how to find and enter condo, and a nice house info booklet with lots of good information as well. The kitchen was well equipped for usual cooking. The appliances were high end and worked very well and the condo was clean with nice furniture that is more comfortable than most vrbos we have stayed at. The view from the rooftop is wonderful! Lots of great restaurants nearby as well. If we are in the area again I will definitely check to see if this condo is available.

This is a spacious, well maintained property. Everything is brand new! Kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, HVAC...and all top notch name-brand stuff! Individually temp-controlled rooms, and a private grass back yard. The view from the upper deck of Lake Washington is stunning! And street parking is always available. Karli is very responsive to any needs (including bringing over a second drip coffee maker!). On a scale of 1 - 10, this condo is a twelve. We are coming back.
