Enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay in this perfectly located home,
found on Dubai’s famous palm-shaped island, Palm Jumeirah. You'll love
the convenience of the closely located Nakheel Mall, bustling
restaurants and sandy beaches all whilst being surrounded by stunning
views. You really don’t have to go too far to get a taste of what the
city has to offer.
The Space:
The apartment features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and with
an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The second room has two
single beds with a separate washroom and free-standing shower. A fully
equipped kitchen has everything you may need to prepare delicious
meals. Completing the apartment is a gorgeous living room with separate
dining table that allows you to make the most of this spacious
area. There is an additional room with an ensuite bathroom should you
have a nanny with you during your stay.
The building is a 10-minute drive from the closest metro station,
easily accessible to alternate shopping malls such as Mall of the
Emirates and Marina Mall and a 25 minute drive from Dubai International
Airport. There are also many dining and shopping outlets close to the
building.
Building Amenities Include:

* Parking
* Temperature-Controlled Pool

* Beach Access
Guest Access:
Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to
themselves.
Other things to note:
We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and

Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and
basic shower amenities are provided.
Please note that you will automatically be charged The Dubai Tourism
Tax when making a reservation.
