Surrounded by swaying palms, grapefruit trees, beautiful blue skies and majestic mountains in the background, this home is situated in a safe and non-age-restricted gated community and located within minutes to nearby restaurants and recreational offerings. The scenic desert canyons and mountains surrounding the Coachella Valley provide an abundance of hiking trails to explore, including the famous Joshua Tree National Park - which is less than an hour's drive away. Great golf options also abound in all directions.

This home can serve as an ideal "base camp" for the area's many seasonal festivals and food fairs, such as the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, Stagecoach Country Music Festival, the Taste of Indio, and the Indio Powwow. Architectural buffs and lovers of all things mid-century modern, will also find plenty to discover in and around the neighboring city of Palm Springs. You can also opt for sun-soaked leisure closer to home with two community pools and hot tubs to choose from which are just a stroll away from the California cottage.

While at home, enjoy outdoor living on the beautifully furnished patio, complete with a gas grill and dining table for alfresco meals. The stainless-steel full kitchen has all your cooking needs covered. Free WiFi and smart TVs are equipped for home entertainment and/or remote working. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
