McDowell Mountain Adventure Condo - Quiet, Heated Pool, Pet Friendly
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Private 2nd floor condo in beautiful Fiesta Casitas Condos. 2Bed/2Bath open layout with full kitchen (1000 sqft). At just 5 miles from McDowell Mountain park, the Adventure Condo is a great getaway for biking, hiking, heated pool swims and sunshine. Unit includes a dedicated desk and wireless printer for remote work, traveling athletes, and visitors.
Full kitchen with place settings for up to 8 guests. Fold out couch adds another full size bed. For the remote worker we have up to 200Mbps speed internet and wireless printer network all setup in the bedroom/office.
New carpet November 2024.
Dedicated covered carport parking spot and plenty of additional spaces in the complex.
We have a beautifully landscaped HOA and with a community heated pool, spa and also a mini golf putting green.

We love to walk to the heated pool, walk to our favorite coffee shop "Sipps," grab groceries at Safeway or take a bike ride to the Fountain.

Besides our property being packed with comfortable furniture and amenities. We are always putting love back in to our Adventure Condo by constantly updating the amenities and smart equipment. Our HOA is absolutely the best. You'll see a lot of pride in ownership in our association and with that some friendly folks.
