This private second-floor condo in the beautiful Fiesta Casitas community offers a spacious 2 bed / 2 bath open layout with a full kitchen (1,000 sq ft). Just 5 miles from McDowell Mountain Park, the Adventure Condo is the perfect base for biking, hiking, relaxing pool days, and enjoying the Arizona sunshine.
Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with place settings for up to eight guests, a fold-out couch that provides an additional full-size bed, and a dedicated workspace with reliable 200 Mbps internet and a wireless printer—ideal for remote workers, traveling athletes, and long-term visitors.
Recent updates: New carpet and black out shades installed.
Parking: Enjoy your own dedicated covered carport, plus plenty of additional parking throughout the complex.

We fell in love with this place because everything is just a short walk or ride away. We love strolling to the heated pool, grabbing our morning coffee at Sipps, picking up groceries at Safeway, or hopping on our bikes for a ride to the Fountain. It’s truly the perfect spot for convenience and relaxation.
