This clean & comfortable accommodation is perfectly located near the Hospital and an easy 10 -15 minute walk to the main street.
You will love the convenience & security of having your own lock up garage with private access directly into studio, and also the private garden courtyard with pedestrian access.
Features include reverse cycle air-conditioning, a comfortable queen bed, and a modern kitchenette with basic cooking facilities. The studio also offers a washing machine, Netflix, good Wi-Fi, large work desk, a private courtyard, and a secure lock-up garage with private entry directly into the studio. There is additional parking on street for large vehicles if required.
The studio is completely stand alone and private. Upon check-in, guests will be provided with a Garage Clicker for vehicle access, & Keys for private pedestrian access through the courtyard.
