The space
With easy access to everything in Tucson via the Loop bike trail (eBike rental available with your stay), public transportation, your favorite app, or your own vehicle, my casita is waiting for you to call it home during your stay.

Enjoy free onsite parking, a private entrance, & private shaded patio with nature views. Inside you'll be greeted by original oil paintings by Sybil Williams - a local artist and Kandra’s grandmother.

The studio is a 300 sqft brick structure, fully insulated, and includes a mini-split heating and cooling unit, black-out curtains, and a smart TV to access your personal streaming accounts.

The kitchenette includes all standard cooking ware along with a refrigerator and freezer, coffee pot, microwave, and stovetop.

The full bath has ample room to store all your toiletries, a spacious shower, and local handmade soap to enjoy during your stay.

The energy-efficient mini-split (heating and cooling in one unit) allows you to stay cool (or warm) all year long.

Looking to enjoy the Loop hiking and cycling path? It's just a short hop, skip, and jump away, and I have an eBike available for daily or full-stay rental.

Off street parking is available on the gravel path at the front of the home. You will enter the studio from the northwest side of the property through the gate to your private yard and entrance. The gated area includes a porch and plenty of shade so you can enjoy just the right amount of the Tucson sunshine throughout your stay.

Access to The Loop for hiking is two streets away (roughly 3 minutes on a bike).
