Not worth the money/do not book this property
This property is not ready to rent out as a VRBO.
Very little furniture, place feels empty and cheap. Looks like someone just moved out, drawers etc not even all cleaned out. Lights not working on the stairs and bedroom lights were standing lamps..
Downstairs heater smelled like it was burning then didn't work after a few hours,.
Water leak in the kitchen under the sink and on the counter that ran onto the floor. Had to be moped up with a towel.
No extra linens, bedding or towels. Furniture cheap as well as bedding, shower curtains, toilet paper etc.
Do not use the dryer, it ruined our clothing.
When arrived at property there was a smell, we discovered iover flowing garbage containers in the garage.
The kitchen is not at all stocked, it had one toaster and one small crockpot missing a lid. The pans consisted of two small old frying pans. Unable to cook the food that we bought and had to go out to eat. I book places like this so we can stay in and save some money as well as be together as a family .
The last morning of the stay we didn't have electricity.
I tried to contact the host several times with very little response.
I should not have been charged a cleaning fee to be in a home that wasn't clean in the first place, nor a host fee due to lack of communication and help with issues. Shou;ld also be reimbursed for damaged clothing.
