There was a bit of an issue with the door code upon initial check-in but it was quickly resolved via group message with the property manager. Property was clean and well appointed. Pool table is not high quality, and the going pong table did not have balls to play with. Main table was great for playing cards at, and outside fire pit is deceptively comfortable

The house was clean, property management was very helpful with all of our questions, and the location was great with plenty of shopping and activities in close proximity.

Nice fun stay

Clean, comfortable, nice, and fun, this property has a lot to help you enjoy your stay. There’s a Pool table, darts, board games, and a pool with a basketball hoop. I would highly recommend this property.

The home is beautiful however the neighborhood is VERY UNSAFE! We had to pull our children from the bedrooms at 3:30am and hide our family in the back main bedroom on the floor. Due to a massive shooting in the very front of the home. The police came and they were everywhere on the street and driving around the neighborhood hanging off of their vehicles. We messaged the host and property managers that instance about the situation and was completely blown off! The neighbors next door explained to us in the morning that this is a regular occurrence in that neighborhood and it's a gated community. That's just crazy to list this as a VRBO for families if this is the case. We even provided proof of pictures ect... And there is cameras in the front of the home that should have picked up everything. I'm sure they can also get a police incident report on what happened if they tried to. However they have not! We paid a lot of money for our family to have a nice safe place to stay and this place definitely wasn't safe! When we asked for a refund on just the one night (our last night that the incident occurred on) they have completely ignored us given us the run around and stated they are waiting to see if anyone else experiences the same. Like are you kidding me! I pray nobody else does!!! Please keep your family safe and stay else where! Also there was no pool table as the listing stated. We have also provided videos of how great we left the house so they can not state otherwise!

From the owner: We take the safety of our guests very seriously and would like to provide important context regarding this stay. We have verified the local police reports from this date, which confirm that the noise heard was actually fireworks from a nearby celebration and not a security incident. Our property is located in a quiet, gated community that is highly rated by our other guests for its peaceful atmosphere. Regarding the pool table, it was unfortunately damaged by a previous guest just before your arrival; we immediately provided a ping pong table as a temporary replacement while a new pool table was ordered. We strive to be responsive and fair to all our guests and are disappointed that this situation led to such a characterization of our home.

Great Heated Pool!

Loved the room/bed/bathroom arrangement. Fit the 9 of us perfectly. The master suite was incredible. The game room was fun. The pool is where we spent most of our time. We paid to have it heated and it was well worth it. We rolled the ping pong table outside to play, used the fire pit one night, and cooked plenty of meals in the kitchen. We would stay here again.

Great house for families!

This is a great house for a family. We stayed with our 4 kids (14, 13, 10, and 8). There are plenty of beds and extra pillows and blankets for everyone to be comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the rooms spacious. The master bedroom is a dream! The pool is great and comes with lots of pool toys, floaties, towels, outdoor furniture, etc. to use. The pool table and games were also a hit to keep the kids entertained when they weren’t swimming. The kitchen has everything you need and the outdoor BBQ made it so we didn’t have to eat out every meal. We’d definitely stay here again!
