SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER: To preserve the condition of our property, a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($18.75) OR a refundable Safety Deposit ($250) will be required after booking. The purchase and ID verification will be done via our Fig & Toast Boarding Pass and Enso Connect, an authorized booking partner.

The guest house property is private to the guest.

This Casita is located behind the main residence and is accessed via the back alley between homes. Parking is in a designated space in the back alley beside the Casita. It is safe, but you would be going behind the home for access (want to offer full transparency before you arrive).

We`re always happy to help and answer any questions. The best way to contact us is via the message thread in the app.

Classic Tucson

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

FUTON: Please let us know if you plan to use the futon as an additional bed so we can have linens and pillows ready for your stay.

Our rental worked very well for the two of us. Location was great for getting around Tucson. The place clean with plenty of room to relax. We cooked in and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our host was very responsive to our questions. Would stay here again.

Central location in a surprisingly quiet and walkable neighborhood. Great host helped us with figuring out the thermostat. We would stay here again.

The unit worked out great for us. It had everything we needed (except a box of Kleenex). The bed was very comfortable- the shower had hot and powerful stream. Having the washer dryer was a bonus.

exceeded expectations

This guesthouse is a gem! It's very clean, the bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. The photos are accurate, yet the guesthouse lives bigger than they show. It had everything we needed for cooking meals, including a full spice rack and all the necessary cooking implements. The host was quick to respond, like when I couldn't find the thermostat (it's behind the wall mounted TV). We were visiting Tucson to ride bikes and found the neighborhood very bikeable and safe.
