Staying at Topia is like having your own full-service boutique hotel!
We are a small adults only 6 room property located steps from the beach that sleeps up to 21 people.
Amenities include: Full-service kitchen with chef (meal plan required), daily cleaning, on-site management & concierge services, airport transportation, saltwater pool/hot tub, indoor/outdoor library with fireplace, hammock & fire pit lounge, fully equipped yoga studio, and outdoor bar and more!

We handle all the logistical details, whether you wanting to book a birthday celebration, family getaway, girls trip, yoga retreat, you’re a coach leader with a group, or wanting to book a team-building getaway — Topia provides the strong foundation for a transformational experience and an enriching, relaxing travel journey.

We provide the local expertise and amenities. Group leaders bring the life enthusiasts and inspiration.

Retreat rates include:

Exclusive use of Topia property & facilities, event planning services, on-site meals & non-alcoholic beverages, airport transfer*, and all local taxes.

Upon booking, we provide complimentary planning services and will help design a marketing strategy for your retreat as well.

MEALS
Daily continental breakfast bar, hearty brunch, afternoon snacks, and dinners are included in retreat pricing; we strive to utilize organic, local ingredients in all meals.

Topia retreats feature set menus that align with the preferences of each group—we can accommodate those who seek vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. We also are happy to work with any attendees who have food allergies. Our planners will finalize meal plans as the retreat date nears.

Other things to note
Oct-May 15th Prices are $2500 per night for 1-10 guests, $3000 per night for 11-21 guests.

May 16th - July 31st Prices are $1875 per night for 1-10 guests, $2250 per night for 11-21 guests.

Add $100 per day per person for meals.
