Recently remodeled kitchen and new bathroom with a laundry on the first floor. Sidewalks for walkers, runner and pups. Just steps away from Portland Trails. Close by grocery store, Starbucks, drugstore and bookstore. High speed wifi and new printer available.

A great, cozy house in a friendly, welcoming residential street. The house was fully equipped and comfortable, which was especially appreciated during Maine's winter months. Looking forward to returning on my next trip.

Kevin’s place was wonderful! We especially enjoyed the front porch where we sat and drank our morning coffee. The neighborhood was nice and quiet but convenient enough to downtown. There were plenty of sidewalks for our mornings walks with our pup too. The reclining couches are nice and comfortable after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the shower head in the bathroom is what dreams are made of. We had some issues with heating but Kevin quickly took action to make sure it was resolved. I will keep this on my list for when I return to the area. Highly recommend!

After visiting 4 other states, this cozy house was like an exclamation point for our travels. The kitchen was well stocked and had gas for the grill outside. We bought groceries and enjoyed home cooked meals. Also visited several places mentioned by Kevin. With the changing fall weather, we’re comfortable and warm. I’d love to come back here again.

A wonderful home with a cozy atmosphere, great new , comfortable living room furniture that reclined. The best tv, it was huge, that we have ever watched. The kitchen was beautiful and so many things provided. If you forgot something it was available I'm sure. They really do think of everything. Such a nice neighborhood and very quiet.The beds were great, the showers were great, the deck. the enclosed cozy front porch. You can't go wrong staying at this home. Hope we get to visit again in the future.

The home is beautiful and in a great neighborhood. We had a problem which the owner corrected within an hour. All the bedding was wet on both beds. He drove from an hour away and remade the beds with dry bedding.

Beautiful, cozy home in a quaint neighborhood just minutes from the waterfront restaurants and shops in Portland. The owner is very generous in providing every convenience to make you feel at home and welcome. This was a perfect place for two couples to stay while visiting Portland and Freeport, so comfortable that we actually Ubered in dinner from local restaurants two nights! Perfect home away from home. Highly recommend!

Kevin’s house is great — clean, comfortable, and a well stocked kitchen. There is a small deck with a good grill, and our dog liked the fenced in yard. Quiet neighborhood but not too far from Portland.

Lovely and comfy home. Many amenities. Ease of communication with landlord. Quiet residential neighborhood. Close to city, waterfront and restaurants. Only 5.5 miles to Portland airport. Would definitely recommend.

The property was perfect for what we needed. We spent the day in portland then returned to eat pizza and watch a movie. The beds were very comfotable, probably the best of any vrbo type stay that we have had. Definitely reccomend staying here.

Very well appointed house in the North Deering neighborhood of Portland. The supply of bottled water, coffee and tea, new Keurig, and other amenities were appreciated. The house was immaculate. Highly recommended.

Great stay

This was a great stat! Very comfortable home with higher end touches- nice shower, comfortable bed, quality linens, all clad cookware! AllMade for a very comfortable stay and super close to downtown Portland.

Good Stay

There were two couples that stayed at this property. Overall the consensus was good. The inside of the property was in good condition and decorated nicely. There were some smells throughout the house that were unpleasing. The listing said that the property sleeps four. What the listing doesn't show is the beds in each of the two rooms. The master has a queen size bed. The second room has only a full size mattress. One of the guests slept on the couch the entire stay as the mattress didn't fit two adults. The proximity to downtown was a strong feature. Fifteen minutes from door to the port.

Very comfortable stay

We really enjoyed staying at Kevin’s place. The house has everything you need to feel at home away from home. My elderly mom really appreciated the recliner sofas and large screen tv. The bathrooms and kitchen have been recently updated. The beds and linens were comfortable. The only thing the property needs is a little more attention given to the outside. Overall, we liked staying there and would return. Thank you Kevin!
