Come experience the interior of Alaska at our new listing! This is a cute Coffee themed studio apartment, fabulously situated in the city with a central location, within walking distance to downtown Fairbanks.
Shopping, restaurants, river walk, museums and night life are a short walk from the door. Hiking, fishing, golfing, skiing and more are only a few minutes drive.
The apartment has a fenced in front yard for the little ones to play in without worry of the traffic.
Studio apartment with a smart TV with Wi-Fi. Small adequate kitchen with dishes for 4.
Please note: the tub is raised and may be more challenging for certain individuals to get in.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, the front fenced yards and there is a coin operated washer and dryer on site to be used with permission.
We will be available via text or call and staff are close by if we are needed on the property. We have a security system that allows us to view the outside of the property if there are issues. Secure key-less entry allows guests to remotely check in with us.
The public bus stop is a block away from the apartment. There is one parking space designated for the rental unit, with limited street parking available for extras.
The apartment is located close to down town but just far enough away that you will not feel like the night life is on the doorstep. We are just a few blocks from the river walk, library, historic buildings, shopping and museums. We have good relationships with our neighbors and prefer to keep it this way!
We are a multi unit place and have quiet hours from 10PM till 8AM.
No Parties.
The garage has a coin operated washer and dry and can be used with permission.
Quiet hours are 10PM - 8AM please have all laundry done by 10PM.
Please note: the water is heated by the city steam system, so it comes out very hot. Please test water before showering, washing dishes or hands.
Please leave all dishes clean (may be left to dry in the drainer), and empty the garbage.
