Come experience the interior of Alaska at our new listing! This is a cute Coffee themed studio apartment, fabulously situated in the city with a central location, within walking distance to downtown Fairbanks.

Shopping, restaurants, river walk, museums and night life are a short walk from the door. Hiking, fishing, golfing, skiing and more are only a few minutes drive.

The apartment has a fenced in front yard for the little ones to play in without worry of the traffic.

Studio apartment with a smart TV with Wi-Fi. Small adequate kitchen with dishes for 4.

Please note: the tub is raised and may be more challenging for certain individuals to get in.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, the front fenced yards and there is a coin operated washer and dryer on site to be used with permission.

We will be available via text or call and staff are close by if we are needed on the property. We have a security system that allows us to view the outside of the property if there are issues. Secure key-less entry allows guests to remotely check in with us.

The public bus stop is a block away from the apartment. There is one parking space designated for the rental unit, with limited street parking available for extras.

The apartment is located close to down town but just far enough away that you will not feel like the night life is on the doorstep. We are just a few blocks from the river walk, library, historic buildings, shopping and museums. We have good relationships with our neighbors and prefer to keep it this way!

We are a multi unit place and have quiet hours from 10PM till 8AM.
No Parties.
The garage has a coin operated washer and dry and can be used with permission.

Quiet hours are 10PM - 8AM please have all laundry done by 10PM.

Please note: the water is heated by the city steam system, so it comes out very hot. Please test water before showering, washing dishes or hands.

Please leave all dishes clean (may be left to dry in the drainer), and empty the garbage.

Excellent place, cute studio, the bed was the best we every sleep on. Shower was Excellent and the host with easy instructions and friendly. Definitely if we got back will hope to stay there again.

We loved this little coffee studio. It lived up to its name with Nespresso, Keurig and French press options. we were happy with the location, walking distance and some fun places.

Great host and location

The apartment was small, but really well appointed. The location was great to walk to downtown for meals out and coffee. Check-in was very clear, and communication with the host could not have been better. We reached out for a couple of things and Jenni was very responsive. We have nothing bad to say, please don't be mislead by the comment that the space is small, maybe it is better to say cozy. Great location, everything you need for a comfortable stay, and great communication with the host. And several in-house coffee options - Jenni seems focused on welcoming all things coffee, having several different coffee making options available. We are always down for a cup, and appreciated this detail.

While I reserved one apartment almost a year before, the host said they were remodeling that apartment and asked me to choose another. However, when we arrived, someone else was living in the apartment we had originally booked. While I chose another, it was down five steps. It was small but colorful. While the main surfaces looked like they had been cleaned, there was dust on the top of the towel bars and on the lights. There were dishes put away dirty (there is no dishwasher). The heating seemed to be constantly on, even when we turned it off. We would come back to a room that was 75 degrees in May! Good thing the outside temps were cool, so we could open the windows. No place to put suitcases, other than the bed.
