Our dehumidifier keeps the space dry and comfortable, and our thoughtful design makes it the perfect spot to curl up with a good book or get some work done. Plus, with super-fast WiFi (108mbps), you'll be all set for productivity or streaming your favorite shows.

incredibly kind accomodating host, very nice spot for 2 people everything you could need at a fair price. The host was incredibly sweet. A great area near anything you could need, easy stress free parking, a beautiful room with a nice kitchenette, would definitely reccomend staying here, and if im ever in the area again i wouldn't hesitate to book the same place.

Pros:Cozy, comfortable bedCons:The dishes are located in a very high cupboard that initially couldn’t reach, quite a bit of noise from the people above, no window (I knew that but it’s still a con), some shelves needed dusting

My partner and I had a lovely stay. We were within walking distance of a bus station so getting into town was not difficult. Overall, would absolutely book again.

Excellent location for parking, shopping, etc with or without vehicle. Easy to travel to all Halifax and Dartmouth area . I miss windows but although lacking, it is bright inside. Communications answered promptly. If you like cooking, i found i miss a stove although other appliance are there to replace that. I was vertically challenged so could not reach alot lol. Air conditioning would great!

Perfect for short stay

This was an ideal place for us to stay - short trip to visit family in the area. We like the convenience of a kutchen to make tea, coffee and quick snacks. Location was ideal and the host was lovely - so friendly. Suite had everything we needed, plus extra touches such as toiletries and tea and coffee were provided.

Description is not exactly accurate - it’s at best a kitchenette, very small, one burner to cook something on, impossible for 2 people to occupy it at once. Bed is wonderful but run the A/C to muffle sounds from the family getting up in the morning on the floor above. You need to go outside to see what the weather is like as there is no window in the unit.

I was in Dartmouth for a professional development educational weekend course. This spot provided a great place to stay for the evenings in between course dates. It was clean, comfy, and had all the amenities that were listed. Great location close to everything.

Host was very nice and checked in on us. The location is reasonable if you want to explore Halifax. You can take a 30 minute bus ride with a bit of walking or take a ferry if you have a car. There’s a shopping plaza nearby with typical stores, so also a good bonus!

Everything was as expected. Clean and comfortable with easy access and street parking. Area was safe.Positives:Lots of stuff close by (restaurants/groceries/shopping).Good hot water pressure! Extra toiletries if you forgot (did not use but nice touch).Negatives: There is noise as you are staying directly underneath a family with kids. (They didn’t ever disturb our sleep but during the day it is loud). Bathroom vanity is small - but picture shows that so we knew that going in. The kitchen area is even smaller, but we did not use it so made no difference us.There is no window egress but we also knew that and accepted it.

Safe and secure

I go to Dartmouth from N.B. on a regular basis. Hotels are very expensive, and I was very pleased to find Triple-k Suite at a fantastic rate. The hostess Amaka was very friendly and easy to talk to. I will definetly stay here again in the future.

Small But Comfortable

This clean neat and comfortable space provided a place to sleep but not much room to relax except on the bed. The tiny kitchen area allowed us to cook some meals. The shower was large enough to accommodate my tall husband. The air conditioner is noisy and has the duct going up the outside wall on the room. Not having a window was a bit of an adjustment. It was a place to rest our heads.

Not as good as it looks.

The pictures make this look bright and inviting but once you go through the garage overhead door and into the “suite” reality strikes. Immediately we could hear noise upstairs. It Boston for the hour that we were there. We left and found rather accommodations. The kitchen is a hot plate and microwave. The bar sized fridge is in the bedroom. I do have to commend the cleanliness. We know what we like and this was not it. There are no windows and I didn’t see a fire extinguisher. I informed the owner that we would be leaving and that she should look into what is needed to make a LEGAL rental suite. She mentioned a refund (I feel that the taxes and other fees should be refunded ) and have seen no indication that she is following through with any reimbursement.
