Picture yourself on a large deck in a well appointed Lakehouse on a hilltop looking out over Beaver Lake in the Arkansas Ozarks. Your master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, large dresser and armoire. Your master bath offers a large shower, a Jacuzzi tub and twin sinks. The open floor plan living area has a large granite island for serving and seating. Your kitchen includes a Bosch refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a Forno gas range/hood, a Kitchen Aid dishwasher and all you need to make meal prep easy and enjoyable.

Whether you prefer hot coffee at sunrise, or wine at sunset, your view is always changing and gorgeous! Enjoy the wildlife in the yard and the wild life in the Dickson Street Entertainment District. Talk by the fire on the deck or watch TV by the fire in the living room. War Eagle Park & Marina are across the street. Bring your boat, your jet skis and water toys. The fishing is good year round. The famous annual War Eagle Craft Fair is only a few miles away each October. Come see our fall foliage and stay for our way of life.

See what NWA has to offer and relax and unwind. Fayetteville (top 10 places to live 8 years in a row) is within 30 minutes and has 40 miles of Razorback Greenway (hiking/biking trails) and 47 parks including 620-acre Mt. Kessler Mtn Regional Park. The NWA Corridor Metroplex has shopping and dining aplenty. Visit the University of Arkansas, home of the Razorbacks and year-round college sports. For professional baseball attend the Naturals games in Arvest Stadium. You're 30 minutes from Hobbs State Park home to over 12,000+ acres and a 52-mile trail system with hiking, riding trails, and campsites. Pinnacle Promenade Mall, Arkansas Music Pavilion (AMP) & Top Golf are within half an hour in Rogers. Check out the annual Walmart NW Arkansas Championship LPGA event at Pinnacle Country Club. In 45 minutes you can see world-class art at Crystal Bridges Museum, visit the Museum of Native American History, and treat the kids to the Scott Family Amazeum. Eureka Springs is an hour away and perfect for a fun day trip. You are with 1-2 hours of white water on the Buffalo National River, the Mulberry River, the Kings River and the Elk River.

The house and views are just as the pictures show. The host was friendly and quick to answer any questions. You won't be disappointed staying here. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Relaxing and Peaceful Getaway

5 Star stay and host. The house was spotless and equipped with everything you could want. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck and watching the birds and deer in the backyard. And the view of the lake and surrounding area was amazing. We’ll definitely be back.

My wife and I came to visit our daughter that is attending U of A and this was a perfect place for the 3 of us. Beautiful view of the lake, spacious deck for outdoor sitting. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were very modern with granite countertops. Large master bathroom with jacuzzi tub and large shower. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something that is a little ways out of town but still close(15 min to Springdale) that is quiet and has a great view of War Eagle Lake.

Gorgeous view

Mr. Tim was a very nice guy. I actually met him at the property, and he gave me all the information that was needed and much more. The views are priceless, as well as the property itself. We definitely look forward to coming back for a long weekend.
The deer were out every evening.

Amazing views from a beautiful home

The property was absolutely stunning! We stayed Monday-Friday in July 2025. I could have stayed there and done nothing else but take in all the beautiful views, beautiful sunrises & sunsets, deer walking around and sweet kitten that came to visit. However, we were just a short drive to all the tourist destinations, so we did that too. This was by far our favorite VRBO we've stayed at. Communication was excellent, property was exactly as shown (but better). Everything was very, VERY, clean. Check in and out was wonderful. Kitchen was fully stocked (we ate breakfast and dinner at the house each day). No neighbors in sight, quiet property. Master bathroom was amazing, with a beautiful view and the bed was so comfortable! We WILL be back...often!

Peaceful visit among the birds

We enjoyed our time at the lakehouse. It was quiet and peaceful, a delight to enjoy the birds in the area, a surprisingly diverse group of songbirds and woodpeckers.The home is incredibly clean, easy to navigate. Directions were very good and resulted in a quick and easy check-in. The house is well-appointed, with about everything you can imagine needing for a short or extended stay. The option to include our dogs on the visit made it a completely worry free and enjoyable visit for us.Our only challenge was having the smoke detector go off everytime we cooked, for as little as putting a large pot of water on to boil and cook pasta. We were able to work around that by opening doors and creating better air flow. We'd stay again in a heart beat.

Absolute Perfect Stay

Tim the owner was a dream to work with! We were visiting NE Arkansas to celebrate our daughter's college graduation. Due to the ceremony being on Friday afternoon, we requested an early arrival. Tim was quick to reply and first congratulated us and our daughter and then said he would be happy to accommodate our early arrival. I felt comfortable and at peace from then on out. When we arrived the view from the house of the lake was absolutely stunning, I can't imagine a better spot on all of Beaver Lake. The interior was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Every detail and amenity was so carefully thought out. The linens were luxurious, even including 2 heavy terry cloth robes. I can't say enough about this experience and property. We will 100% be back.
