Welcome to your perfect retreat, ideal for a couple or solo traveler. This well-equipped studio boasts a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials—dishes, pots, and pans—so you can easily prepare meals at home. The cozy living area is designed for year-round comfort, featuring both heating and AC. The studio’s open layout includes a bed and kitchen area within the same space, with a recently remodeled bathroom just steps away—a favorite feature among our guests.

Guest Access

Enjoy easy access with a dedicated parking space. Enter through the garden gate and stroll through a charming oasis to reach the studio, located at the back of the property. You’ll have access to the shared outdoor spaces, including a dog park and outdoor seating areas. If you have visitors, they can conveniently park on the street. The unit offers keyless entry, with a code provided on the day of your arrival. A few steps lead up to a quaint deck area, which opens directly into your private studio, separate from the other units on the property.

This centrally located studio is just 10 minutes from the vibrant bars and museums of downtown St. Petersburg and a short 20-minute drive to the beautiful beaches of The Burg. With easy access to I-275 North, both Tampa International Airport and Clearwater Airport are within easy reach. You’ll also find shopping centers and local boutiques just minutes away.

Nestled just north of downtown St. Petersburg, this studio is part of a small, friendly complex that includes both long-term residents and guests staying for short or mid-term rentals. It’s a welcoming community where guests often share tips about local attractions and the best spots to visit in the St. Pete area.
