Fully equipped kitchen, beach gear included. 15 mins to Downtown and 20 mins to top Gulf beaches like Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach. Relax, unwind, and enjoy Florida living.

Modern private studio with 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, open kitchen and dining area. Fully stocked kitchen with air fryer and coffee station. Private patio with grill and brand-new 2-seat spa. Includes beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, games, books, hair dryer, flat iron, and essentials. Designed for comfort, privacy, and a stress-free stay near beaches and Downtown.

Full private access to the entire studio and patio. Independent entrance with secure smart lock for easy self check-in. Dedicated free parking space included. No shared spaces. Enjoy total privacy with convenient access to everything St. Petersburg has to offer.

We respect your privacy and want you to fully relax. You’ll have complete independence during your stay, but I am always available if needed. Message me anytime through the app and I will respond quickly to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

I absolutely loved my stay. This studio is perfect for one or two people. The studio is beautifully decorated and Isabell makes sure you feel welcome. I enjoyed the variety of games and books, as well as the snacks and beverages that were provided. There is everything you could possibly need. The location is nice and quiet and easily accessed. I will definately stay here again.

The home was clean and welcoming. It was not ready at check-in time due to an issue with their cleaner, but the host communicated with me and offered to reimburse some of our stay, which I declined because life happens. They were responsive and it was a great stay!

Quick quiet getaway

I only stayed two nights here and was alone this trip. The vrbo was so nice — and the owners were right there — that I felt comfortable and safe. The space is cute and has everything one could want.

Quiet and intimate

Isabel has worked hard to make this space a cute, nicely decorated place with easy access to downtown St Pete, the beaches, Clearwater and Tampa. It’s located on a fairly main road yet in a quiet neighborhood. She provides just about anything you could possibly need too!

Host was accommodating and the rental was clean. The faucets and shower seemed to be reversed for temperature control though. Setting the shower to the coldest setting was scalding hot while the hottest indicated setting was the coldest.

Quiet retreat

We were in town visiting family and friends and this was the perfect spot! Easy access to beaches and downtown. Well appointed and clean. The outside space was great to relax in after a day out.

Excellent oasis!

This is the absolute cutest little studio in quiet St pete!! I loved it so much, I am really big on cleanliness and this was very clean & super close to everything. The hot tub was wonderful as a nice little attitude addition the little back area was amazing 20 out of 10 would definitely stay here again.!!! Isabel was also wonderful!
