The Space:

This delightful private unit is located next to a single family home, with the only shared space being the parking area. Your retreat boasts a private backyard and a separate entrance, ensuring your comfort and privacy throughout your stay.



Step outside onto your private patio, where you can unwind with a morning cup of coffee or relax in the evening breeze. The tranquil surroundings make it the perfect spot for enjoying a good book or simply soaking in the Florida sunshine.

No need to stress about parking; you have your very own designated space right at your doorstep. This convenience is especially valuable in this area, where parking can be scarce.

The property was very clean, modern and comfortable. Beach chairs for guest use would have been nice. Also a couple starter K-cups would be convenient until a store can be found. We had a great stay and will stay again when in the area.

Naples Christmas to New Years stay

Small appartment good for two of us about ten miles from down town and gulf beaches. We spent most our time exploring the many activities and sights and enjoying the outdoors and Floridaweatherwweather.

Nice place

Very nice little apartment. Clean & well appointed. Quiet neighborhood. I didnt realize the distance from restaurants and the beach, several miles, so that was a little inconvenient.

Flooded with waste water in the middle of the night (fecal matter) damaged my clothing and I had to get an emergency hotel during the work week. Traumatic and disappointing. Further, VRBO and the owner refused to refund me. Thank god I booked with Amex and they got my refund. Do not book this place it is literally dangerous

Few days in Naples

We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. Communication with Alberto was always prompt and he was helpful with some local suggestions. It should be noted that there is a 2nd apartment/unit attached to this property but nothing is shared with the tenants. Just be aware you may bump into the other tenants. The bed was very comfortable but pillows weren't the greatest. Some extra towels such as hand towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels, etc. would have been very useful. The location is also far from any action. This was not an issue for us as we had a rental car but just something to be aware of. Overall we had a nice stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay once again!
