Cute little home. Had a great stay and was so glad I could bring my little Pomeranian who travels with my husband and I everywhere. Host was kind and accommodating. Thank you for the great stay!

Jennifer was responsive to our requests. The house is in a convenient location to the light rail and getting around. Beds are comfortable. Only very basic amenities (shampoo/conditioner/body wash- nothing in the kitchen), had to request a/c be turned on (78 inside), bare bones decor, no screens on windows so could not keep them open for cooler night temps.

Cute, newly remodeled, great parking!!Just to let those who are looking for a quiet place to stay, this is a subdivided home with other rentals in the same home so there was noise from the other tenants. It wasn’t a problem for us because we used the fans provided at night which covered up any noise. Also we did have a few roaches in the home but the host was quick to respond and come spray. The beds were very comfortable

Very responsive

When I booked we asked for an accommodation which was granted. We even brought a trailer and they graciously accommodated. Communication between us and them was great. The location was quiet even on a holiday weekend and lots of parking.

Great place for 2 or small family

Very nice property. The beds were super comfortable. Clean and spacious for 2 or a small family. Property management was great and responded quickly to our needs! Very convenient to everything. Easy parking.

Place was very clean and accessible. We thought it could use some bedside tables and end tables. Also some dish towels. But otherwise it was excellent!

Great property and great location

We were in Arizona for a week to watch our sun play in a high school baseball tournament. The property was super clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed. Would definitely stay again if I find myself back in Phoenix area.

Great price/ Great location

It was a cute house with the basics.. minus a stove. It only had a stovetop. It's a great price point and the neighborhood was quiet. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Metro rail or it had free parking right in front of the house. We had a nice stay here.

For the price level property was a great deal. Nice living area and amenities in kitchen Two comfortable bedrooms 4 blocks to fast food restaurants, lite rail station to Tempe and Phoenix airport Quiet street Recommend

Nice place, good location

We enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet, clean and comfy and a nice place. Plenty of towels and toilet roll and a great shower. Host was responsive and responded to any questions.It could do with a few more things in the kitchen, like tea towels, kitchen roll, a rack to dry dishes, and some ice in the freezer. I always like to cook when I'm travelling, so these would have been nice to have. Saying that, I highly recommend this place, I enjoyed my stay.
